Helpful. Unsure why the background music has to be so loud. Even with normal hearing makes it very difficult to hear the commentary. Automatic needle threader does not work as advertised. Good sewing machine
The built in needle threader is useless. The hook that's supposed to come through the eye of the needle doesn't come far enough for me to hook the tread onto it. I had to put it through manually.

@@SingerSewingCompany I am also experiencing the same issue. The prongs don't move far enough forward to reach my needle so the threader doesn't work at all.

I have the same machine. I just wonder what stitches design i can use when usung other presser foot. Also, machine seems need to lubricate every after use and i dong know where to put the oil.
I followed all the steps, but whenever I try to sew, the top thread doesn't seem to go fully around the bobbin case, so a large jumble of thread ends up near the bottom bobbin.

Just purchased the machine. Using white thread on light fabric. How long does it take to work out the grease in the machine. Bobbin thread/stitch comes up grey and dirty looking. Spool stitch is crisp white.

i just recently got my machine but when i tried threading it, the handwheel won’t turn, the only thing i have in the machine is the filled bobbin (i was following the steps at 4:12) and the wheel is completely stuck and the needle won’t come up

The comments claim the SAME issue I am having as well. The thread bunching up on the bobbing, grease on the thread and no thread coming up. Someone help
I don’t know what everyone is banging on about, I can hear the instructions perfectly fine and I’m usually the deaf one! Turn on captions if you’re really struggling, its called common sense 😂❤️

Hi Jenny! This is common with a new machine. Stitch on scrap fabric until it stops. It's just the excess oil from the factory. Thanks! -TB
