One thing me and friend did that I haven't seen replicated...especially in that one map with the grind pipe stemming out of the small pass through house at the end, a later map. There were so many warps you could hit by falling out of bounds. I remember some seemed impossible and then you'd finally get it...like that bridge in that mentioned stage. If hit just right you'd fall off. But the places you warped were sometimes really cool. I remember panda man and penguin board made alot of them way more achievable. Usually needed crazy high jumps and hitting bumps just right to propell even higher.
