I have the Hooga belt. It has been extremely effective in my protocol for low back and sciatica issues. It's very powerful when used directly against the target area. It is also quite durable. I wish they made a half sized type mat to cover more area. The price was very reasonable.
A large panel review would be amazing! I was think of a mask and a panel and an in sauna option! Found you and watched your vids!! Feeling more confident about making a purchase that’s not a mask or in sauna! Lol thank so much ❤

I’d like you to please review products that have the same efficacy as medical grade units. Aka more powerful infaR options with the capacity to increase / decrease its power. I’m using LEREDD in Australia (high quality for consumer level as well as medical) I’ve noticed how much better the quality is with an effective internal cooling system … I’m so impressed with results from skin, muscle, bone, eyes, sleep changes.. I’m 😮
Im looking forward to your upcoming hooga ultra 1500 panel review! I want to buy the table top version since this would be my first red light therapy device. After looking at the specs, it really seems like the perfect panel for me and it's selling for a good price too (less than $400 USD for the table top).
Hey Alex, I still have a couple weeks to play with my Block Blue Elite XL panel before I have to keep it or return it. Any chance you are going to do videos on that and the Mitored similar panel? Im curious if you like the chip set up and light percentages and spread in them compared to the normal size lights. I have noticed that you need to be about 8" or so from the light before the polka dots start to blend. At 6" it's a very clear separation. Seems not terrible becuase it's so powerful you can stand at 9" and get a good dose

I need to buy a red light matt or pod and it needs to have pulsed light option. The Hooga Pod does. Can you tell me if the MitoPod has a pulsed light option?I also need more Infrared diodes than red for deeper penetration for neurological and inflammation help.
I'm curious if you think RLT would have any effect on a dental abscess (under the gum)? Thanks!
Hi Alex, did you use a mouth device for your teeth sensitivity or you used a panel? Did you smile or keep your mouth open while using the panel? I have been using a Hooga panel (HG300) for 2 years 4x/wk for 5mins but I have not noticed a change in my teeth sensivity. Thx Alex

I would love to see a review on that Besqool device that looks similar to the Dermalux Flex. I'm buying a full body panel but want something separate for the face and I was tempted to go for the Dermalux Compact (for pro's) but it's 10k and I'm really not sure the results are better than I could get with a panel. So I'm currently down the facial LED device rabbit hole trying to find the perfect solution ie safe, effective, not ridiculously priced. Would love to hear your thoughts and see more reviews on facial devices for pro's and for home use.

Alex....what would be the benefit of reducing the power output to ANY wavelength? You have purchased or are using a "said panel" for Red Light Therapy Benefits" so why would you reduce that possibility ?

Red light panel vs sauna? Both about the same price- for good ones- what do you suggest?
I'm interested in reviews of the larger panels. The main question I have is are they worth it? To me, it seems like it might be better to get multiple smaller panels and hook them up to act as one. You'll get similar coverage and it'll be much easier to move them in the future. The big ones are heavy!
In theory the big ones give more coverage but I'm not sure if they make sense in practice because of linking smaller panels. Maybe I'm missing something.
It's a trade-off. Overall weight and managing multiple cords are also a consideration.

Wil you be doing a face evaluation? I saw the Dior one. How about less expensive but good quality. Love the info you provide!
Not sure if this helps but the Dior device is made by a company called 'Ove' and they sell their own branded version for about a grand cheaper. Still expensive but getting the same thing for much less.
I have the new Block Blue Light Elite XL its huge and amazing. Don't even think twice!!

@@lisahansen6014 Well it's the only panel that is really huge and covers the whole body and the stand can be both horizontal and vertical . As far as the strengths of it -
I always see that Alex puts BBL panels on top as far as the variety of wave lenghts ,power and irradiance.
Also I live in Israel and as far as shIpping it was super cheap and taxes were very low comparing to other companies where shipping cost as another panel would .
I did my research and this was the best choice. It has a nice LCD screen and the panel is just huge and the quality is super high.
The owner Daniel was very available to all questions /help and I also trust Alex's reviews about the company. I think it the best Panel on the market for XL sizes,

Celluma LITE $1195 USD vs BestQool $279. I like this design since I have chronic pain in hips/back. The width 16" vs 18" could be problematic. Would love to see (if you haven't already done it) comparison of products for targeting injury. Since watching your video on the lowering strength of the lights as you move away from center, and the distance issue, I'm torn between a panel and something that can get closer to a joint. Anyway, you're channel is awesome, this was a fabulous video. Thank you so much for all your hard work that so many people benefit from.
