My son has been suffering in severe physical pain for over a year, from blood clots moving through his heart and lungs. Thus far, laser red light therapy I've been doing with a handheld device at home has shown to be so far the only effective treatment. Doctors are not involved with his treatments beyond blood thinners, and we've had 0 help from them , so we are doing all on our own. 2 days ago, while passing a clot, he could feel the red light break apart a large blood clot in his lung into small pieces. I'm praying this works for him. Thanks, guys, for this video and for sharing the information!

Maybe looking into the mechanism of "zeta potential" will provide you also with some additional ideas for a treatment protocol. It's about the negativ charge of our red blood cells which keep them apart and free flowing. Groundig helps, e.g. walking barefoot on mother earth who is a sea of electrons. Best wishes

For the past three months, I’ve been using a red light therapy device from Future Form Official, and it’s been nothing short of transformative. I’m 68 years old, and I first gave it a try after struggling with lingering shoulder pain from an old tennis injury. My daughter had been urging me to do something for my well-being. I started dedicating 15 minutes each morning, focusing on my lower back, shoulders, and sometimes even my knees after a long walk with my dog, Max.
What surprised me the most wasn’t just the relief in my joints-although that’s been incredible-but how much better I feel overall. I’ve always been an early riser, but now I wake up with more energy and less stiffness. The most unexpected change, though, has been my skin. My sister, who’s always been the one to have a “glow,” recently asked me what I was doing differently because my skin looked “fresh”.
For someone who’s always kept it simple with skincare, that’s a big deal! If you’re looking for something that feels gentle yet delivers noticeable results, I’d recommend red light therapy in a heartbeat-it’s really helped me in ways I didn’t expect.

I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome 30 yrs now. But my first college course biology heard again about ATP and what it did. I then asked professor in 1988 what can I do to increase my ATP to make more energy. Funny cause at that time he had no answer. So I kept researching myself and now take suppliments to increase my ATP like gensing and co q10 NADH and resveratrol amino acids etc to many to list. So is there anything you would suggest to further u crease my energy. I use red lite now about last 5 years or more. With degree in Health Ed. I really appreciate this info. Thanks again.

I have been using a full panel a few times a week for 12 minutes (front only). I will pare this down. One thing that happened was my left eye (for which I have needs a prescription lens to read, due to presbyopia) suddenly returned to normal close-up vision. I had to knock the lens out of my glasses before getting a new pair. Also, my optometrist said she has never seen anything like this, or the disappearance of two new cataracts, that we were waiting to “ripen.” I am 72.

    According to Glenn Jeffrey's view:
    1. Systemic effect: The idea is that applying red light therapy to one area of the body can potentially have mitochondrial effects throughout the entire body.
    2. Whole-body impact: This concept proposes that the benefits of red light therapy aren't limited to just the area of direct application.
    3. Mitochondrial communication: The theory might be based on the idea that mitochondria can communicate across the body, potentially spreading the effects of the therapy.
    4. Ease of application: If true, this would mean that treating one area could potentially benefit the whole body, making the therapy more convenient.
It's important to note that this perspective differs from the more commonly accepted view in the scientific community, which generally considers the effects of red light therapy to be primarily local. While there's ongoing research in this field, the systemic effects of localized red light therapy are not yet widely established or accepted in mainstream scientific literature.

Hello Richard, I love your channel
I thought this was a really great interview
It seems like it has different applications
I have several lights from EMR TEK
Am I correct in understanding or concluding that he feels that just two minutes a day perhaps twice a week would be sufficient to get full reward from such.
Do you have the impression that getting red light on all parts of the body is relevant?
On one hand, he made it sound quite minimalist like any amount would just turn on a switch
But realistically speaking, to me it would seem best to hit the full body for 10 to 20 minutes , thrice a week would be ideal.
And his sharing about the children suffering from mitochondrial disfunction having dramatically improved results and improved function of body, seems like an exceptionally beautiful and touching story. 🙏🏼🦋💜
Keep up the great work, Richard

Would you discuss the processes in metabolism when mitochondria are “fed” fats instead of sugars as is the case in carnivor animals and humans (e.g., the work of DRs Med Ken Berry, Shawn Baker, prof Thomas Seyfried…) who find that carnivor (fats with meats) metabolism is cca twice as energy efficient as glucose metabolism and with much lower resulting inflammatory reactions. Would be so interesting to extend your research into the interplay of red light and fat metabolism of mitochondria.

These aged career researchers have no broad understanding of the level of greed and corruption around them. Anything selling product will in the end become corrupt. Even the niche good ones are bought to non existence by the industry gov axis.
Why else would the bureaucrate scaremonger against sun exposure and cholesteron increase. Doing the opposite kills only metabolic stress in the mitochondria.

Just a comment: Studies are beginning to demonstrate an effect of red light on blood sugar, etc., but you are overlooking the elephant in the room if you do not consider diet to be the primary causal factor in metabolic diseases. Red light provides a nice support for a healthy life style, but to think it is the main factor is not going to produce the dramatic effects that most people need.

Great interview and information. About Blue Light Blocking glasses- I wear them religiously at home and wearing them should be strongly considered after sundown(or yellow lenses if out and about at night). Ancestrally, our species drew down after sundown and people should not be getting Blue Light. It increases blood sugar, cortisol and lowers Melatonin. . People should use red filters on their computer screens and phones as well after sundown. Blue light after sundown is very deleterious. It signals our brains that it is still daytime and we need energy vs getting ready for sleep. Some feel that Nikolas Tesla's invention of night light was our species Dinosaur meteorite moment.

But he also said at the beginning [21:21] that he cycles to work and after he gets to the office he uses a red light for a few minutes at least 3 times a week. I would have thought the bike ride would provide enough exposure. I know going outside in the sun helps me with chronic pain almost immediately (probably caused by small fiber neuropathy, not diagnosed) & it doesn't matter if I go out in the morning or afternoon - but that could be an effect of green light, which releases endogenous opioids .

According Dr Jeffery the power is not that important and as long as the wavelength is right (from 650 to 900 nm I think is what he said, because over 900 is mostly absorbed by water). It would also depend on the purpose. One note I should add is that Dr Jeffery's studies mostly focus on mitochondria, for metabolism and macular degeneration. Red light is also used to lower inflammation among other things, which we did not discuss much.
