    Awesome! Metal Masher looks awesome. I'll have to add that to my must hit trail list when I find my way back to Moab next year!

    The Stuburban did amazingly well, made other areas look effortless, no one design is good at every obstacle, but the Stuburban is close. So great to see something creative and new opposed to all the same Jeeps over and over

    Well the ranger needs full width axels and the front moved forward . Also we usually have our winches hooked to front axel so that you can suck the front of the rig down low which helps out .

    Great intro.
    Glad to see some interesting rigs rather than more bolt-on cookie-cutter JK/JLs.

    Should have tried the line all of the way to the right on Widowmaker ,drive over the center of the big rock to the right of the line he was trying at an angle and turn passenger as you climb. Sometimes works for longer wheelbase, but you need good articulation.

    Poor Kris.... lol awesome video guys! I wonder if messing with your anti-squat would help on the steep stuff in STUBURBAN? Or it might just start unloading the front end.... 🤷🏻‍♂️ either way that thing is ridiculous!

    Chris - you need a hand throttle on your Shift knob - I used a gear selector from a mountain bike and never died or rolled back again!!!!

    Kris, that means you must go to 44's to compensate for the longer wheel base

    and im loving the awesome footage you were able to capture... please help me out i would love to add that globe type effect to my videos to change things up a bit here and there... thanks again god bless...

      All of the cliff shots were filmed on a 360 camera, ours is the insta 360 one x. You have to have a 360 camera to get a shot like that. All of the intros to our Moab videos have been on 360 cameras as well. I recommend the insta 360 one x 👍🏻

    Hey, how does one dove the bed of a Chevy truck bed out? Any tips or website?

    • @RecklessWrenchGarage
      @RecklessWrenchGarage  5 років тому +1

      Figure out how wide you want the rear, where you want the taper to start, draw lines, cut along those lines, pull the sides in, weld together.
      Look at the hood of the Stuburban and that’s about what the floor would look like. The bedsides will just need relief cuts..depending on how far you go with the taper.
      There are quite a few forums with quite a few people showing how they dove a bed.

    • @ottisgoodluck2840
      @ottisgoodluck2840 5 років тому +1

      Awesome. I’m gonna attempt to cut the bed Thanks. 👊🏽

    Manual or Automatic? What is better for off-roading?

    • @RecklessWrenchGarage
      @RecklessWrenchGarage  5 років тому

      That is purely preference. There are pros and cons to both, but it will always come down to preference.
