So nice to see so many TJ’s every other video has the latest and greatest. Not that’s bad but it’s nice to see older jeeps still doing what they were built to do.
Thanks for this video. Did Poison Spider a couple years ago and didn’t know about the Trifecta. Turned around and did the PS loop. Will be doing the Trifecta in a few days with a few Tacomas. Looking forward to doing this.
Love y’all’s reviews. I’ve spent the last month researching and laying out a plan for our Moab trip in July. 11 trails 12 days if all goes decent. Lots of research and planning has gone into this. And this video is a perfect addition. Thank you all for what you do.
Awesome! and thank you! It will be HOT there in July, make sure to prepare for that! If you have not yet, check out our website, we have great information on many of the trails in Moab.
Great video work!!! We ran The Trifecta just a couple of weeks ago from North to South. It is definitely a endurance test, we aired down at Gemini Bridges trail head, pulling out at 8:00AM..aired up at Poison Spider trail head at a little after 7:00PM. Great job capturing exactly what it is to complete the Trifecta!!!! Well Done!!!
The Trifecta is no joke! Glad you enjoyed it as much as we did. Post up any pictures you got as a trail review on any of our trail guides! We would love to see your adventures.
Cool video and very comprehensive about Moab. Not having been there I got a more realistic picture of the available trails with your honest commentary and narration. Thanks!
I’ve been subscribing to your maps for a few years now and this is the first video I’ve watched and I’m so glad that subscription money goes to such a great group of guys. This video was awesome.
Jason, thank you so much! We are honored to hear that and super happy to know you are finding value in our product. Leave a few trail reviews of the trails you run, we would love to see your adventures!
These trails were my introduction to Moab during Easter Jeep Safari 1995 (as a passenger with an XJ group.) Is great to experience the obstacles and scenery without the crowds of Hell’s Revenge & Fins ‘n’ Things.
Did Poison spyder 1 week ago. Didn't have time for the trifecta, which I did 4 yes ago in my 99 tj. This time I took my new project (06 LJ Rubicon) both jeeps had 35" tires and lockers but the longer wheelbase and and lower gears made it seem easier.
Thanks, and it's all from Epidemic Sound. Not in order of appearance, but there they are: Baptized and Buried - Will Harrison, Draw Lines in the Sand - Blood Red Sun, Dust till Dawn - Dusty Decks, Hell for Myself - Sleepaway Camp, Intangible - Franz Goodman, Still Your Girl - Intangible Skies, Sundown Drifter - Will Harrison, Telephone - Blood Red, Third Banana - Martin Landstrom, Your'e Still There - Vincent Vega
I just did this, by accident, and I wasn’t mentally ready for it. JL Rubi with a 2 inch lift and 35s. Smashed my back bumper to a bit due to a terrible line I took out of frustration, and only put a small crease in the tail pipe. I was never happier to be done with a trail.
@@Trailsoffroad I wish I would have seen your video before doing it. I wouldn’t have done it. Great job on the video you guys. I can’t imagine how tiring it must have been doing the trail and filming.
Nice effort! Can I recommend a safety detail? Please leave a bit more room between vehicles on obstacles. And yes, Ihave run those trails and had guys get near the top of launching pad and start to roll back. Or freak when lifting a wheel in the hole at the top of wedgie. Stay safe and have fun!
The Trifecta was a lot of fun. Full size Sequoia made it the full route. Only had to winch on the waterfall at the end of the gold bar piece due to no lockers.
Which Jeep would you want to know more about? The Silver JL is on Revkit under Noesser-JL You can find the rest of the vehicles on the TrailsOffroad Website if you click on the writers and then scroll down. If you want to know the details on that one, let us know.
Great video guys. Anywhere we didn’t see that would be and issue for a full-size? We have several Ramchargers going next April after EJS. We are all well experienced and been to Moab several times. But I haven’t been on these three.
There is a couple of hard spots. But as long as you have drop off protection and sliders you probably can get it done. The JL's are very wide and long. Only advantage over the ram charger is the body is inside the the wheels. Overall, I think you could do it, but please go to our site and review all the trails information before hand. The link is in the video description above. ---Josh
My favorite ride in Moab. I've done it twice on atv's and twice in my side x sides. You want a challenge, do it on atv's. My Kawasaki KRX feels like cheating. About a 5 hour ride was all. I can honestly say I've never used a winch on that trail.
Great video! I'm curious if you have ever had any issues with the Falken Wildpeak MTs on the JL? I've been seriously impressed by the stock 33 inch Wildpeaks on my 2dr JLR and considering them in a 35 or 37 when it comes time to replace them. Thanks!
Golden Spike is the middle trail of 3 popular trails run in succession. The southern trail that connects HWY 279 out of Moab to Golden Spike is Poison Spider Mesa, the northern trail that connects Gemini Bridges road to Golden Spike is Gold Bar Rim. The three in conjunction is called the Trifecta. Thanks for watching.
Great video. the trifecta is, by far, the best day of Jeepin I’ve ever done.
for sure. post up a pic or three of your trip on our website. we would love to see them.
So nice to see so many TJ’s every other video has the latest and greatest. Not that’s bad but it’s nice to see older jeeps still doing what they were built to do.
They rocked on these trails! It was fun to see how the wheelbase made a difference on the various obstacles.
As a TJ owner, I couldn't agree more.
As a TJ and JL owner, I have to say that there are trails and lines my TJ excels at. Keeping my TJ forever
Thanks for this video. Did Poison Spider a couple years ago and didn’t know about the Trifecta. Turned around and did the PS loop. Will be doing the Trifecta in a few days with a few Tacomas. Looking forward to doing this.
nice... post up a trip report when done
Done this trail with 33”s and open diffs. 12 hours. 2004 TJ. Loved it.
Love the TJ. Such a capable jeep, even open open. Post up a trip report if you have a minute. We would love to see the photos.
Absolutely one of my favorites
Whats your favorite part of the trail?
Truly enjoyed. Thanks
Thank you :) We appreciate you!

The trifecta is our favorite when in Moab
Such a great network of trails.
Fantastic trail guide .
Thank you :)
Great video, thanks
Thanks for watching! It is a great all-day adventure in Moab.
my favorite trails! such amazing views and fun obstacles
Thank you, what's your second favorite trail?
Like Josh said you don’t have to be a hero to win the race Such a great trail
Thank you for watching.
great video! we did the trifecta a few weeks ago... a little overwhelming for us but made it out safe after 10+ hours of wheeling.
yeah, its a trip to say the least. Dusk or dark is a normal for getting back to town on this one.
Another excellent video.
I have done some of Moab but not this part but next time I will.
Thanks for the video.
Definitely a thumbs up 👍
Thank you, we are out there all the time and still have not explored everything yet, it's an amazing area. Let's keep it amazing!
Awesome footage, Josh!
Thanks Edwin. Big Bear season is starting. Hoping you can come join us.
Cool video and very comprehensive about Moab. Not having been there I got a more realistic picture of the available trails with your honest commentary and narration. Thanks!
Great, we have all online self-guided "trail guides" - check them out!

Great video! This was my favorite of the trails we did last year Moab.
Its a great route, its iin our top list now :)
These trails were my introduction to Moab during Easter Jeep Safari 1995 (as a passenger with an XJ group.) Is great to experience the obstacles and scenery without the crowds of Hell’s Revenge & Fins ‘n’ Things.
Wow, you go way back! I bet the event was much different in 95!
Great production, would love to bump into y'all one day. Cheers from CO
Thanks for watching and if you ever see us on the trails, don't hesitate to come up and say hi. We love wheeling with everyone!
28m ad for fiesta Mexicana! Great video as always!
Ha! Sometimes you just got chips and salsa on the brain. Thanks for watching Jeffrey!
Loved the video. Would love to do those trails someday soon
We have all the information needed to plan a trip on our website. When you go, make sure you take lots of photos.

Love ourselves some LJ's
WOW . . . Just WOW
Thank you
Man that is some beautiful land! I can't wait to get back to Moab again
It truly is a wonderful place :)
I definitely don’t hear I’m an amazing driver in my comments lol. Great video!
what do you mean? And thank you for the comment.
Love your videos. Trust those spotters, they will take care of you :)
Ryan (in the green shirt) did a great job on this run!
Badass edit Todd.
Thanks Bobby!
Ran the Trifecta last year...so good! Great footage guys
Thank you for the nice words. What was your favorite part?
Great video. I love watching your videos. Awesome trail and a beautiful scenery 😍😎👍🏻 looks like you had a lot of fun
That we did. A great trail, great view, fun vehicles, and great people to be around. You can't really ask for more.
I love the videography! Amazing production. Also would you be able to list the music you used? It was rally nice and peaceful!

It was one of the most exhausting days on the trail we've ever done. It took us 13 hours to map/film and get out the other side! Thanks for watching!
@@Trailsoffroad I wish I would have seen your video before doing it. I wouldn’t have done it. Great job on the video you guys. I can’t imagine how tiring it must have been doing the trail and filming.
Solid vid
Thanks for watchin we appreciate it!

We 100% agree with you. This is all movie magic. Thank you for watching, what was your favorite part on the trails?
Hopefully taking my built CJ7 to EJS next year to do these trails!!!
Keep an eye out for me. I should be there in my CJ ---- Josh
Tacos on me bro I got you. Good times!!
Don't be talking like that around this group. They will eat you out of house and home.
The section @ 14.31 has changed from 2020 for sure new lines did last year Nov2021
Rain and snow and big rigs can change these trails rather quickly!
The Trifecta was a lot of fun. Full size Sequoia made it the full route. Only had to winch on the waterfall at the end of the gold bar piece due to no lockers.
Good job! WOW.
I think the problem is they moved the power steering tank from the grille to right on the pump (tj)
Good to know! That may have been TJ's issue.
Nice! Tell us about the setups of the Jeeps.
Which Jeep would you want to know more about?

I did the waterfall on my atv
Whole lot of fun
It is an awesome trail

That's a really long day. Is camping allowed anywhere along Golden Spike or Gold Bar Rim?
No, and you can find more details on our website. The link is in the video description above.
Great video! I'm curious if you have ever had any issues with the Falken Wildpeak MTs on the JL? I've been seriously impressed by the stock 33 inch Wildpeaks on my 2dr JLR and considering them in a 35 or 37 when it comes time to replace them. Thanks!
No issues at all, there is a handful of us that run the MTs from 31s to the 38s. All have been really stellar!
the trails actually called golden spike. catch a lot of heat saying trifecta in moa
Golden Spike is one of the 3 trails that comprise The Trifecta. Thanks for watching!
Did the TJs jn this video have lockers in front?
Everyone had lockers, just not sure if anyone used them.
Can this trail be reached , and driven back from, legally in a street legal side x side?
That depends on Moab's laws
THIS IS FUCKING GREAT.. I WISH i could do these trails in my TACOMA.. : ( !!!!!!!!
You could Daughter and I did poison spider in her 2015 Jeep Cherokee Kl Trailhawk
Who said you can't? A little bit of armor and you should be good to go.
Please post up a trip report. We would love to see it.
No where eagles dare or rusty nail?
So part of the group split off and ran Where Eagles Dare and meet back up at the overlook. But we didn't have time for Rusty Nail
Most important question.... Maybe i missed it.....what's the name of the Mexican food place? Haha
¡Fiesta Mexicana! Thanks for watching!
Its not amd never been called the trifecta, just golden spike!
Locals hate the name "Trifecta"....they just call it Golden Spike because you can't run Golden Spike without Poison Spider and Gold Bar Rim....
we can see that
