Thanks for the review. Looking at getting the 160cc new model. Currently living in Vietnam and really dont need anymore over here. Looking forward to my new purchase... Keep up the good work... Andy.
Best and honest video i've seen so far on the ADV . I have the 2021 model and it does eveything i want , i love the weekend rides to the beach or just finding some dirt roads somewhere to explore .
How many kilometers are on the odometer at time of test?? Are you past break in period basically, because these bikes gain 20% more speed and acceleration after 8 or 900 kilometers
I have a 2022 Honda ADV 150 I bought new. With just 3,700 miles of on road driving only my electric fuel pump died. 😮 I can’t imagine riding over rough ground how long it would last.🤔
After watching your review I am going to make the purchase. You put the bike through a good verity of riding conditions and the bike performer solid. Thanks for posting your review. Thumbs up all around 👍
Thanks for such a eye-opening video about the capabilities of what the Honda ADV scooter can do. This vid and the Honda ADV 150 review vid by “Man In The Box” on UA-cam, really SEALED THE DEAL for me on this scooter. OR IF I can get the new “ADV 160” version, either version will be.my all round transport / “adventure dream machine. Great review mate !!!
BF of my wife's niece has a satin black ADV 160 here in the Philippines. I rode it, nice! I fit fine at 6'2" and had plenty of room for a passenger. I ended up buying a new XR150L for a lot less money and it's a good bike for me. Not going to lie, I was very tempted..
The XR150L is of course a better off road option. But I’ve grown to like the pleasure of riding a scooter. Maybe Honda could use the suspension from the XR150 and migrate onto the ADV160 😊 Are you listening Honda?
It’s ok, but needs better suspension. The ADV is also missing the engine hard and crash guards. You better buy after market engine and crash guards, otherwise a spill or accidental hiding rock could become costly. I also would like to see more ground clearance and bigger tires and wheels 🛞 for the new ADV160 models. Honda needs to do some serious work on its ADV scooters.
I don't want to go any faster than that. And I don't think a street bike could do this. Just wish you would zip the lips a bit and let us listen to the machine.
Tell the Truth. As the bloke said you can have a adventure on any bike. What your idea of a adventure might be different to others. In a couple of months time I will be exploring the byways of Aragon in Spain on my 125 nmax. I would rather be picking up a 130kg bike than a plus 250kg behemoth. The ADV 150 looks like a adventure bike to me,sadly not available in Europe.

Thank you.
10% Adv prowess, 90% driver’s Skill.
Thanks for posting.
No worries!

Approx 500 k's
I'd give it few more ks
Great man.
They say 14 horsepower on the ADV150 and 16 for the new 160
Wow, that will be a little weapon.
Thanks for the off road footage

I am hoping to put it to a real hard test in some mountainous terrain, So long as I don't drop it it should be OK.
@@HardPackedADV Remember it’s your wife’s bike 😅
cool ride, I need one
Yes for sure.

Thanks, you might like to watch this video as well where I take it for a full day ride with other ADV bikes. ua-cam.com/video/zkEDa48z0-k/v-deo.html
Watch videos from Thailand where they go river crossing in deep water. They also drive on rocky terrain😬
Nice ride. :)
Thanks!

I am surprised that you fitted on it comfortably, I reckon that the XR150 would be a good ride.
@@HardPackedADV The ADV is pretty big with room to stretch out on. The owner of it is pretty tall himself.

It’s usually the other way around. If your speedo shows 80 the gps shows 70-75 ;-)
So you are actually going slower than your speedo shows.

Just got my 23 ADVdidnt think they would go that fast!
Not super fast, but it will get there.
how do you like it so far?

OK, not much to hear from a 150cc with a standard pipe. Putt, Putt, Putt, Putt.
I have one. It is NOT and adventure bike! Suspension sucks. If you want an adventure bike, buy one! Wheels are too small.
I also have Tenere 700.

Terrible, rough ride over bumps but pothole can't even hardly feel those. Lol.
