Peasant. I played MMO's since the early 2000's. All the free ones were Pay to Win and I got so jaded by it that I don't care anymore if they are pay to win lol.
This has the feel of a children's cartoon with impressive graphics. I now need to close my eyes to soothe the barrage of bright colors emanating from a single tutorial battle in this video.
That's Korean and Chinese developers for you. Sure, their games' graphics are getting more and more outstanding, some even surpassing the Japanese's, but somehow they still seem unable to create female characters (not anime ones) with natural beauty like their Japanese counterparts.

And I think Chinese and Korean-made characters in games like this generally look very artificial and forced, like people who have had extensive plastic surgery, compared to 2B in Nier, Quiet in MGS5, Cereza in Bayonetta, Diana in Pragmata, Lightning in FF13, etc., who feel much more like humans.

It had its short-comings, but games are being built to serve solo-play and/or meta play only. Look at the world tour of New World. I was very disappointed when I entered a overworld area i had never been with my wife and was enjoying the scenery and challenge, only to have a train of 100 players mob through. I don't play for the meta. I play for the immersion, something MMORPGs have completely lost in recent decades.
Free to play = skip for me. These types of games end up costing more than a decent $100 game with DLC's and far less grindy with better story. Game intro looks good as does the characters.
What a close minded take on it all, you can just try the game out, invest $5 into it as you play it, if it's not your cup of tea, then you shall move on, I don't understand this aggressive simple minded mindset towards Video games that offers FREE play. with OPTIONAL pay/donation. smh

It's a "silent protagonist". Devs will tell you it's "more immersive", even though for many people it's the opposite. I think they do the silent protag to save a few bucks because they don't have to pay an actor.

I wish they don't lock everything that is core of the game behind Subscription or anything, and i wish games like these have an Advanced Graphical settings to adjust everything preferably, i really hate it when a game forced you to have Vignette and some unnecessary Camera effects on all the time, especially Blurs effects, some people like me not liking Vignette and Blur in a game that has already black toned graphic style, but i kinda hope this game won't be too annoying with the monetization! This has potential in my opinion
And i think it's inspired by Black Desert Online from what i seen in this video, And BDO has a very weird Dark tone graphic with the Vignette and some Blur effect on permanently and it sucks, Just reminding some Dev if they saw this to keep those Graphical Settings to be Customable and has everything to be adjust manually, it helps alot. Not only for Performance heavy setting adjustment but also to have more cleaner Visibility, since this kinda games usually burdened with Tons of Icons, typical PC MMORPG games, so make everything can be adjusted by players! Because once we are satisfied with the settings and then the game itself, we might considering to get deeper into it and might even be the Game's Hardcore player! And don't forget the POV slider! To most, it's a Must Have Setting to have in every game, especially a game that has a default Close up POV and has a hard time to be aware of the surroundings, especially for PVPs
Too many issues with T&L for it to be worth it MSQ is all solo instanced so no co-operation, some encounters are too difficult if you're not using a meta build Gear takes too long to accquire and upgrade, as is the same for skills and passives Far too many enemies in the open world which interferes with doing quests because of constantly being hounded by enemies Ability cool downs are far too long without maxing out abilities Forced PVP during events and world bosses is counter productive and prevents people from completing events, bosses have too much health Camera angle constantly zooms out and needs to be altered for ideal zoom It's a visually appealing game but too grindy and irksome in many ways, I'll most likely give new world a try after the closed beta
Aesthetically pleasing game but the fighting mechanics are absolutely horrendous! Similar sticky fight mechanics as ESO which I’ll just stick with playing until GTA6 comes out.
The Game reminds me of Baldur's Gate 3, but the graphics are very good, Amazon Game put a lot of money into the Game , well Jeff Bezos is the richest person on earth, he doesn't need to make money with games, it's free for Gamers because Jeff Bezos dont need from worldwide Gamer Money
Live Service can be good if executed fairly but it rarely happens these days, only free games I can think off that does it well is Warframe and Path of Exile.

Don't even touch an mmorpg of ncsoft. It's always the same. Good at the start. Super f2p friendly. Least amount spending -> most fun. Then it evolves VEEEEEERY slowly into a brutal p2w game and you're trapped. You love the game but you it's so heavy p2w. After aion and blade and soul. Never trust them again.

The body type nonsense is everywhere in the gaming industry *sigh*. What's even funnier is that in most of these games you get called a she or he. What was the fking point? Inclusion isn't a necessity in a fking game. In elden ring, patches calls you a man or lady or reason yet it's character selection is bOdY tYpE. The only modern game I've seen doesn't have this bs so far is Soulmask, which I'm sure they'll change soon.

Look, maybe it's because I'm so stoned, but this trailer is already super boring to me, and I'm 1:00 in. Also, I'm in the middle of playing a game from 2002 (Morrowind), that I've literally played thousands of hours already. On top of that, I'm like... cheating with console commands. I'm to that point of boredom/nostalgia with the game, and it still was capturing more attention than a trailer I've had in my watch later playlist for days. I'm not even going to watch any more. Stopping at 3:00, without even seeing gameplay. I can tell this is going to be soulless and boring. World Tours ruin the game for me completely. In an old school game like EverQuest, you had to pay for teleports from or be a wizard or druid.
By making teleports single-player oriented, they made world tours possible.

There's an action mode. There's active blocking, parry and dodging. Essential for endgame and pvp.
