Thanks for sharing your amazing skills. I just tried your routine again and it was amazing. My son finally fell asleep and I stopped everything I was doing to make sure I start back getting in shape. I had a c- section and he's only 10 weeks old. "LET'S GO!!!'' I got this. xoxo :)

Love that there’s a shorter version :) I find your video the most challenging but rewarding for my front splits. This will be helpful on a daily basis when I don’t have a lot of time

@@AneteBlaua Hi Anete I just want to ask you one question about split. One day I was very close to do my split maybe 5cm from the ground and now again I'm back to be 15-20 cm from the grand. I stretch 3 to 4 times I week and also I'm changing stretching routine regularly. Thank you 😊
Hey, well thats the result of passive, static stretching, the connective tissue and muscles does not remeber that deep position. Add more active stretching exercises, kinetic stretching. I have a lot of them in my videos. Also make sure you recover, stretching is a workout and your tissue needs to recover as well. After deep stretching workouts I sometimes need 3 days to completely recover.

How long will it take to be able to do a split with consistent stretching?
Each body is different, so for everyone progress happens different.
@@AneteBlaua ok so I already made the goal of December 31st to be my complete split. Until then....
I love your videos and they are much usefull but I have to say that the sound is quite rumbling and makes it difficult to follow. Sorry for this remark. All the rest is great!
