This video will take you thru a few simple, yet very effective, active flexibility exercises to help you increase your shoulder and upper back flexibility and range of motion. Add these exercises and stretches into your daily or weekly routine to start working towards your flexy dream goals or just improved posture and range of motion.
This tutorial is for all movers out there! Calisthenics, yoga, pole, aerialist, gym rats and anyone else concerned about their shoulder health and range of motion. Adding in this short little series to your pole, aerial, calisthenics, or whatever your activity of choice warm up will be an all around win for your body.

Isabel these work great as either a warm up or at the end of the training session. I prefer putting them in the warm up because it's a great way to get all the shoulder muscles firing efficiently for both increased range of motion and injury prevention.
