Creative Piano Academy chopin etude op.25 no.5 "wrong notes", and yours,

Very interesting choice. Nice piece. If we're talking Chopin, I can honestly say I find the ocean etude beautiful to the point I'm making it a personal project. Its damn hard but I'm slowly getting there. Sometimes I find the more I spend with a piece, the more beautiful it becomes as I discover more from it.
I have many pieces I find Beautiful. Another which I played in my childhood and stuck with me is Brahms Intermezzo A major Op 118 - ua-cam.com/video/1h4Re5WBEAc/v-deo.html

I would love if this piano piece continued to a part 2. I also have to say that the dynamics in your playing bring these exercises up to a whole new level. I love your ear for melodies and your creative ability to make new-age stule music flow so beautifully.

Hey steve. I know what you mean. You can apply the techniques in this video to anything you are practicing to add a new dimension to the practice. Also, try getting spontaneous with the dynamics. This is the ultimate goal! Glad you liked it and thanks for the kind words!

Very cool! How many of us who were students have heard the phrase from our teachers: "this time with feeling". The one caveat I might mention is to be a bit careful with fast tempo changes, especially abrupt ones. It can sound like you're stumbling or unsure in your playing. Love your composition.

I think its a great version of the piece as a teacher because it starts very simple and builds in difficulty each cycle nice and steady so its great for learning.

At first while i play piano for a while i dont care about this emotion thing. Then i started to realized that may imporivasion skill and playing piano all based upon my emotion. especially when i found out that my gf cheated on me and i got dumped. I feel that piano is the tool for me to express my emotion. Sadness, angriness, happiness, sorrow, etc always become a huge factor for anyone who listened. I hate that i am to scared to show emotion but i glad that piano always a huge part to express my emotion

Absolutely. The content in this video is probably best suited for those with a little bit of experience and have a full-sized piano setup (of course can be digital) but touch sensitive is a must for the dynamics.

    • @Creativepianoacademy

This is a video teaching a principle which you can apply and practice with anything. I'm not teaching the specific piece but brushing over it to demonstrate a concept. I would suggest (sincerely) that if this video is too fast for you that rather than dismiss it, check out some easier and more beginner focused lessons.
