Jumping deadlift looks pretty dangerous to your back
I mean with heavy weight yeah, light weight it’s def good
It’s meant to be done with a lighter weight
They’re safe with light weight. They’re meant to be done with lighter weight. Studies show it may even be superior to Olympic lifting for increasing explosiveness and force production. 135 is too heavy

Looks like a way to blow out the back with jumping dead lifts
The last one was just goofy and unnecessary
Did you fully look into the exercise before coming to that conclusion ?

It can be necessary because it tricks your brain into believing the quickness of your jumps is faster than it is by having less resistance and your brain adapts to it
It looks better and is easier if you grab a band on a pull-up bar instead of jumping on one tho

None of this is practical as an exercise, the 1st one will break your back, the second one you were holding bands for no fucking reason and let go to jump, what the hell was that? The last one, you're literally just bouncing on a band. Come on. Come on. COME ON NOW

Never ever in your life do deadlift and jump ,unless you want to break you back
nah tb jumps are great
I agree, but a weighted jump is good, just use like 1/4 to 1/2 of your actual deadlift
