    - 0:36 butt squeezes x20 reps
    - 1:28 Interlace hands behind back, then up above head while looking up
    - 2:12 Forward bends with arms out
    - 3:00 Long lunge with front leg up on chair
    - 3:40 rounded back crouch down
    - 4:10 Back against wall pull bar hang 20 secs
    - 5:25 Cat cow
    - 6:00 Lay on back with bent legs on chair 5-10 mins
    As a nurse who works 12-14 hour shifts, thanks!

    Thank you B &B! I’m “chair-locked” most work days- professional have it. I’ve seen a number of videos on office stretches. This is the best by far. Professional demonstrations of the best stretches, all in one, delightful eight minute video!! My prayers have been answered ❤️ You guys are the bomb!

    Bless you Bob and Brad. You both have been so instrumental in my recovery from Severe TBI. The Aneurysm I experienced and the 4 strokes that followed actually killed me, but I was sent back. Enter You wonderful Men. I'm almost 100%. Just a few minor artifacts remain. Bob, you are eternally in my good energy circle. All will be well brother

    Thank you! I just came home from working a 9 hour sales shift in a supersized discount store. I'm on my feet all day and walk the length of a football field several times a shift. The worst part is getting in my car, because my legs don't want to bend after all day.

    I sometimes do the forward bends at my work table. It helps me get through my shift. When I come home, if I prop up my lower legs above my hips, they recover faster. I'll try to integrate more from this video. Thanks, Bob & Brad!

    The exercises that help my tired low back are the seated butt clenching and a seated ab exercise where I suck in my stomach as hard as I can and hold it for as long as I can. I have a long commute so I do those in the car also. I like the behind the back and overhead stretching too.

    I've found that a bike ride makes my legs feel like new after standing during a work shift. It really gets the circulation going.

    with stress I lost 70 lbs and all my muscle tone this year, none on my backside, how can I get it back, I'M SITTING ON MY TAIL BONE, WITH A SPINE THAT IS COLLAPSING. THANKS SO MUCH

    How come you only mentioned the number of repetitions for one of the exercise and the duration for another one ? I didn't hear it for any of the others and like those kind of guidelines to know exactly how long and when to stop !

      @@xbenxwilsonxhighlights7879 Maybe if your used to doing reps and sets its easy to improvise but otherwise its not something that is part of a lived experience that just comes naturally . It would be helpful for me !
