Had one for the past three years, it’s a great tent and makes you wonder where the additional $250 gets included by MSR. Mine weighs 2072g all ready to go, ground mat included. By the way, you have the top cross pole incorrectly set, it should go over the top of the long pole, not hang underneath it, according to the manufacturer.👍🏻
I'm very happy to have this tent, it's not bad at all compared to those 400+ euro tents, I've used it 5-6 times, good performance, let me sleep peacefully at night, for those who are not on a budget is a correct choice, i buy it at collins outdoors and it will be cheaper
Very nice review. I love my Mongar 2. I did purchase the vestibule for when I take company. I've also found that if you attach the mat 1st then the inner mesh under its clips it seems to work better. Also that top support, use it on top of the spine pole. I feel this is a great tent for my style of camping. Thank you very much sir!
Mine's about 4 months old. Both zippers have failed and the mesh runs like cheap pantyhose. One pannel looks like a barcode. Probably how it keeps filling up with bugs. Otherwise it looks brand new.
@@mattventures8055 Oh I meet a family from Malta in Decathlon here in Paris. It was the first time I heard the language. I like your manner of speech. I bought the Naturehike bicycle tent when I first started bike touring. It never let me down. I upgraded to an MSR Elixir 1 some years later for more comfort and protection.

You can put up the outer before the inner , no problem at all😉😊

Our price is also more advantageous than Amazon.
