Stories of Samson from the Bible and pictures of Samoans and Native Americans (native Filipino here) give me motivation to just keep the hair bc if I lose fat, mew, and get a better physique Ill look manly asf

    One thing to keep in mind is that overtraining muscles in your neck or having naturally a thicc neck can be dangerous, because it can tighten your airway. I am Toby, a homeschooled 14 year old kid with acne who moved away from my private school friends in 5th grade and was friendless and fat for 2 years, I turned to gaming and ruined myself. Over the past few years I just got bigger and bigger because I didn’t take care of myself, I worked out randomly and watched so many motivational and workout videos just to end up giving up within 2 weeks of trying to change myself. Then I saw your how to be a teenager video and it touched differently, it described me and made what I was doing wrong and made me feel like I had to change, So I listened and for the last few months I’ve lost weight, build muscle, went outside and my acne is almost gone. Now you are like my coach and I watch you in the daily. Thank You!

      Sounds like taking plastic surgery and you end up with mental illness due to neurosis you put on yourself.
      You improve when you take care of your basic needs - it is basic Maslow.

      You are lumping focus with being aware.
      Also you are dismissing yin and yang balance.
      You reject "negative" and you try to have positive all the time. That is not realistic and it leads to mental illness.
      What will happen when bad things happen in your positive and chirpy life?
      Due to toxic shame, you lump your emotions with your character.
      That is serious transgression, it is called emotional fusion - and you will end up with depression and more negative - by trying to remove the negative.
      Jung said: what you resist, persist.
      If you resist negative, you will be thrown negative - that is life, universe law.
      Instead -
      try to see negative as invaluable endless stream of valuable data that is teaching you what to avoid and how to adjust your life to it in proper and functional manner.
      Then you can say that everything in the universe is working for you, instead of living in hypervigilance and rumination loop, often stuck with negative and toxic people and habits as by product of such egocentric mentality of hating anything that you do not understand.

    I agree with what you say when you say that training your body is important and it will boost your confidence to a certain degree because you’ll feel better. However training your mental is far more important than training your physical. Once you learn how to control your mind you can have that masculine presence and energy without having to be 200 pounds of pure muscle. Alot of men work on the physical but often times only focus on that when everything starts from here 🧠⬅️ Focus on the brain first

    • @kevshelby1679
      @kevshelby1679 2 роки тому

      True. I see a lot of heavy guys sitting like pussies in the metro wearing a mask like a dog.
      But the physical aspect is still important and necessary. A man doesn't have to be 200lbs of muscle but should be fit and athletic.

    • @malimula9060
      @malimula9060 2 роки тому +2

      @@kevshelby1679 nah most definitely ya physical is almost equally important as ya mental. However literally EVERYTHING comes from your mental from your urge to hit the gym in the first place to the confidence you feel in yourself after you get in shape. My point was that most men focus purely on physical and not enough on the mental which in the grand scheme of things is in fact more important. Literally everything comes from here 🧠⬅️

    Started writing tech blogs in English!
    Started a new Udemy Course
    Already going gym for 2+ months!
    I don't know man, I already feel more masculine, I feel that I am becoming a high-value man!
    Thank you, Hamza for all the videos that you made and the mindset that you shared with us!
    Kind regards

    In my experience, there was a time a couple months ago, were this rush of pure unadulterated drive flowed through me, and I started to do simplistic home workouts, I tried multiple things that I didn't like etc
    And I actually became more... confident? Or happy? Regardless the point is, I became more, and I that drive didn't dissipate it grew more until the summer break came along and given the lack of discipline that was in my life and the fact school wasn't there to create it for me. I dwindled out it and I became less.
    So, this time, I'll try again. No promises that I can't keep, but I'll try again.

    I can't bulk that much. My family is on the poverty line. Rice is the only food I can abuse. Meat and vegetables are rare for us. It is literally hard to bulk when you're poor and have to think of others so they can have something to eat. But I could do it once we rebound from our debts.

    Been through the inverse of this by losing five stone after being almost 23 stone, the more my body began taking shape the more I noticed how horrific I looked in old photos, it's a tough process but honestly now Instead of using clothes to hide my figure I use clothes to exaggerate it and it's feels amazing.

    Becoming more masculine should be what every guy should be striving for in today's society which means going to the gym to become muscular but also work in other areas of life such as wealth, dress sense, success, becoming educated and having other experiences under your belt so it brings you together as a well-rounded man. Thank you Hamza for the advice.
