I bought the Galaxy Watch 4 (44mm LTE variant) for ₹12.5k around a year ago. The watch performs great! I get around 2 days of battery life with sleep tracking and location-enabled sports tracking. The silver colour classic version looks amazing with almost any strap and the bezel also makes the screen seamless. For those complaining about overheating, try turning off LTE if you live in a poor network area or use 3g instead. No overheating observed in areas with decent mobile network.
ProTip : 1) Get the modded SHM from XDA - this will unlock BP, ECG. 2) Get the ultra awesome S4U watch faces & see your watch get more compliments than ever before for those superb realistic 3d faces which are light on battery too!
Yo, I got it as soon as it came out. I mostly used it to collect points with the Stocard app and pay with Google Wallet. It was way easier than using my phone all the time. And the battery life was amazing. I just recently traded it for the Ultra. I only upgraded to the Watch 7 Ultra for better performance. The Watch 4 was perfect except for the lags and freezes, especially when I needed it the most. The Ultra fixed that problem. I missed the rotating bezel, but I got used to the new setup after a week. With this price point, the Watch 4 is definitely the best purchase to make. I've been waiting for an Ultra all these years for the performance. If the Watch 4's performance was great, I would never have upgraded to the Ultra.

The Galaxy Watch 4 is plagued by display burn-in problems. Even after getting my original unit replaced, I encountered the same issue. Both units showed signs of display burn-in from the very beginning, especially when using the always-on feature.

Good to go with any Samsung smartphone and this is a eSIM so you can clone your mobile number with this. But eSIM works only with Jio and Airtel postpaid.

@Sillycorns, watching this video in 2024, after I just picked it up for just 8K during the ongoing Amazon GIF! 04:25 There's a workaround for using the Airtel e-SIM (Postpaid only) on a non-Samsung phone. Remove the physical SIM from your primary daily use non-Samsung phone and insert it in a borrowed Samsung phone (Android version 6.0 and above). Pair the watch with the Samsung phone, and activate the Airtel e-SIM on the watch by following the on-screen instructions. (Keep the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled on both the watch and the phone during this process). Once the e-SIM is activated on the watch, remove the physical SIM from the Samsung phone and reinsert it in your primary non-Samsung phone. Install the Galaxy Wearable app on the non-Samsung phone. Pairing the watch with this non-Samsung phone will fail, and It will ask you to reset the smartwatch first. Reset the smartwatch, and remember NOT to delete the Mobile Plan (It's disabled by default). Once the smartwatch restarts after the reset, it will pair with the non-Samsung phone. Remember to SKIP the Mobile Plan activation step during the setup. The already activated Airtel e-SIM will be used, and you're good to go!

There is one more big issue, if you are connected to the watch and Bluetooth earphone s, and you get a call pick it from watch, you won't be able to hear it from your bluetooth earphone, only from the watch, to change, you have to open the phone and change it from there, also another glitch, you can't increase or decrease volume of music via your watch on your bluetooth earphones.

I bought it in October 2023 for 10K. this 46mm LTE classic.
best electronic purchase I ever did.
For getting most of the battery you gotta be smart. Turn on Power saving, turn off GPS BT WIFI. when not in use. and I use all day from 9AM to 11PM which includes gym, sports for 2 Hours. And it easily lasts 2 days.
Till now I haven't used LTE yet because my 9RT doesn't support ESIM
Plz use LTE once and let me know if it can handle phone calls using lte without getting heated too much or not.. if u hv tested this plz reply asap
@@ArjunJangidHere
in Delhi in current weather, it does get heated only sometimes and doesn't let me use for more than 20 minutes.
in Bangalore it never gave any heating warning at all.
but with LTE on I do not get more than 16 hrs. , which lasts a day. hope that helps.
@@rexster76 so u can easily make a call for 15-20 minutes before any temperature warning?
And buddy does it get heated when using normally like uncomfortable to keep wearing while using Google maps on bike???
Last last question buddy does the wrist feel too hot to tolerate anytime?
@@ArjunJangidHere no it doesn't get uncomfortable dont worry.
And please Avoid using as navigation because it can be distracting 👍
The silver colour classic version looks amazing with almost any strap and the bezel also makes the screen seamless. For those complaining about overheating, try turning off LTE if you live in a poor network area or use 3g instead. No overheating observed in areas with decent mobile network.
ProTip :
1) Get the modded SHM from XDA - this will unlock BP, ECG.
Just bought one for my mum this Amazon sale for 9k after card discount...must say, great purchase.
Why are they giving car discount?
@@varshniveralevel8347 edited my response mate 🤣
Using it for last 6mnths, so far so good....
I'll keep it charge when I get time and not doing much and battery is fine
Is it working with iPhone
Ive got the gw4c and its still very good. No problems with it. Because its so good i cant see no point in buying the 6 classic
how accurate are the trackers.
Sir Samsung Galaxy Tab ,it supports??
Should we have a separate sim for this, or are we using the same sim as on phone??
Same sim
With samsung phone , Airtel esim should be prepaid or only postpaid ??? Will airtel work with prepaid??
Postpaid
If esim is not activated then whether it works as a normal bluetooth watch for calling and other use?
I bought for 3500 as my father is in Samsung. It is one of the best smart watch and the bezel ❤❤
How bro its 3500?? 😮

Bought gw3 classics for 16000 3 year ago on bbd still working great
Im confused between the watch 4 classic and the watch 6 classic
Which one should i buy, any suggestions??
Hey, will it work with the S24 Ultra?
Nope it will work with iPhone 15 pro max only
Bought 4 classic lte under 9k ❤
Bro, where?
I bought this galaxy watch 4 in 2021 just after its launch for 24k. Me rn after watching the price😢😢 But tbh this watch after 3 yrs still working very well & proving its worth.
Any screen burn-in issues???
Watch 4 classic lte or watch 6 lte ?
The Galaxy Watch 4 is plagued by display burn-in problems. Even after getting my original unit replaced, I encountered the same issue. Both units showed signs of display burn-in from the very beginning, especially when using the always-on feature.
So it's better to not use the always-on feature if I want it to last for years? Noted 👌
Yes, turning off the always-on feature will prevent the display burn-in as well as will greatly improve the battery life.
Do you have base watch 4??? Should I go for watch 4 classic lte 46mm at 8,099? I want long term use as I'm a student
@@ag2952 If you can increase your budget, I would recommend going for Galaxy watch 6 which will be available at around 15k. Otherwise, you can go with the watch 4 classic. It will be fine. I have a Galaxy watch 4, not the classic one. But there is not much difference other than the mechanical rotating crown.
Hi sir , should i go for this since i own a s21fe and do we need a separate sim card for this
Good to go with any Samsung smartphone and this is a eSIM so you can clone your mobile number with this. But eSIM works only with Jio and Airtel postpaid.
I bought galaxy watch 4 for 8k back in 2022. Still going great. A bit of scratches nothing else
i got a classic 4 last week, which version of software should i stick to so as to have best performance and experience
Thank you for this video
I now have the watch (42mm cus smol wrist) and essentials are essential, its an Omnitrix now
Choice between Apple Watch 7 Vs Samsung Watch 6 Classic ?
How well will it perform with ios??
I recently bought this watch, and What i suggest to you guys only if you ok with heating issue, wrong step counting issue, and also 1 day battery life (with only 5W charging speed, it take around 2 hours to charge full) then only go for this watch.
I return this product immediately after knowing all this things. ( Even i try to fix all that, searching on the internet, going to service centre, but there is no solution of all this problem mentioned above.
I purchased this watch in this current sale for 8890 best money I have ever spent!
5ATM & IP68 both?
Yes!
@@SillycornsMedia it sounds silly, pls acknowledge me..
5ATM = 50M depth
IP68 = 1.5M depth for 30 mins...
Both are ratings used for water depth...
But have never seen both of them being used together
The 6 in IP68 is for dust resistance. So, Samsung probably got this certification as well for for the dust resistance.
Wonderful discription❤❤
I am super happy that you cover about esim for non-samsung phone with Airtel. I want to use my jio sim on non-samsung smart phone and watch 4. The question is, can I use my smart phone and the watch esim simultaneously? Can I receive a call on either my smart phone or my smart watch?
Yes, you can use your smartwatch esim and mobile simultaneously, there's no dependency.
I have Samsung Watch Active 2, should I upgrade to this one ?
I am using watch 4, and trust me it is something i am wearing on a daily basis
I have the Bt. Version of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, and except for the battery life, everything else is absolutely fine 💗
sir i am going to buy i watch 9 but price drop hoga ki utna he rahega ya fir price drop hone ka wait kru ?

Does LTE works with OnePlus phones. Means will I face any problem while using watch 4 classic LTE with my OnePlus phone.

I have a galaxy watch 4 44mm Bluetooth works just fine.
Hello Sillycorn can you let me know how much accuracy it has ?
Got one at 6999 from Flipkart. 46mm LTE model. E sim
I am using the galaxy watch 4 44mm with nothing phone 2a. Working amazing. Was using it earlier with redmi k50i . Most of the features work fine with other phones. I prefer watch 4 over 4 classic as i wear my watch almost everytime (sleeping with it on, even had some showers with it). 1 perk of it except for wear os under 10k is we get a lot of accessories for it.
What accessories we can get. Can you please list some examples
Does this get display burn in while using AOD for a long time.I have seen many videos with this issue.

How to make it work with an iPhone? Is there any trick or something to use most of its features with an iPhone ?

Where did u get it from?

I bought the gw4 classic for 10k 3 months ago . The first thing is it's premium, the display is solid . The only regret I have is that I should have gone for a 10 mechanical watch and not a digital one.
How many more years is the software gonna be supported?
One more major update left
Hey Rupesh, how does it work with Iphones?
No
Hey, I am using Pixel 7 & having Vodafone sim. Will it work with LTE & also that ECG, BP & Tap to pay features will work with Pixel 7 or not. ThnX
I have pixel 7 pro .. have watch 4 lte ..didn't setup the esim yet as I recently came to know VI has started to support esim on prepaid , the ECG and blood pressure won't work if you don't have Samsung phone. Rest all features work perfectly fine as Rupesh stated including samsung Pay
@@aakashbiswas3586 did you tested Samsung pay, just confirming.
I have a doubt, the LTE connection can attach to my existing number or do I need to buy a number?
No it will work on your existing no. and if u turn off your bluetooth the watch may drain battery fast
for JIO it works with existing number and sim works in both devices
There is one more big issue, if you are connected to the watch and Bluetooth earphone s, and you get a call pick it from watch, you won't be able to hear it from your bluetooth earphone, only from the watch, to change, you have to open the phone and change it from there, also another glitch, you can't increase or decrease volume of music via your watch on your bluetooth earphones.
i have galaxy watch 2018 working fine with iphone i’m happy 🙂
got the wifi version of this model for 6.5k. Awesome deal and feels like proper smartwatch unlike cheap boat ones. i can never go back to normal smart watch without wear os after using this.
When you bought this in 2024,which year's manufactured product did you receive? Coz I've observed in offline stores that they're selling more than a year old watches currently
I just bought one from Amazon and the mfr date is Feb 2024.
Please tell me if I can use this without e-sim ?
Yes, you can.
