Many of you have asked does it have "Always on Display" yes that option is there but if you enable that then the battery life takes a bit hit and you would have to charge it everyday like your smartphone if you enable Always on display option.

@@amitrawat6443 Only Samsung Pay right now, but Google Pay is supposed to be updated just like Google Assistant will be updated. Sounds like these things will not be updated until end of 2021 or early 2022 though, and that part stinks!! Battery life could definitely be better also. I got the smaller size watch 4 classic, and now I wish I had gotten the bigger size simply for a little better battery life. I would even switch to regular watch 4 biggest size, for 2 reasons - bigger battery and regular watch 4 is much lighter in weight being made out of aluminum. So Ranjit got best choice - 44mm watch 4 (not classic). The rotating bezel on the classic is cool... but not that cool for the trade offs.. LOL.
Google Maps is one of the highlights with wearOS , and that is totally missing in this video. Its a great feature while on a cycle/bike and following long routes.

I am still using gear sport and I will say that it was worth it. The watch is still working good no battery issues no bezel issue. Samsung does know how to make good watches
Instead of using always on display, I use lift wrist to display, so all I have to do is lift wrist/watch towards my face and watch wakes to show me the time, etc. You can also do a tap to show and that works just fine as well. Always on display is a waste of battery, in my opinion.
For sleep + nap tracking : its not a bug, you need to select the actual sleep in "sleep chart", currenty in ur case that nap got selected. Too see the score for ur actual sleep - toggle b/w the sleeps in the graph

I have the galaxy gear s3 classic and have recently bought the galaxy watch 4 44mm. Let's see the speed difference. The s3 was a solid piece, it had no scratches on the screen after 4 years but lots of scratches on the sensor part unlike the apple watch 4. Hope the watch 4 doesn't get scratches on the back panel as well.

Battery life is lesser than older galaxy watch is because it's not running on tizen os. Wear OS is so powerful and at the same time it's a battery hungry os
I think the low battery is due to wear os. Its not as efficient as tizen was. Also please review the fossil 6 with Qualcomm's new chip when it releases. I am holding back on purchasing this because fossil 6 will launch soon
Personally, I would not even consider any other WearOS watch over the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series right now for no other reason than, that the GW 4 series comes with WearOS 3 out of the box. The same will be made available for other eligible wearables next year. The number one rule in the world of electronics is, don't buy something on the promise of a future update. Buy it for what it offers.
@@danny9619 I asked one person about the battery back of fossil. Didn't ask about series but she said it lasted for 12 hours max. Also what about Fitbit and other companies ? Also geeky Ranjit should have mentioned about esim providers and charges. I only know of Vodafone UK charging 7 pound per month, postpaid

Sir few questions i bought galaxy watch active 2 about 2 months back and it's a really good smart watch but since it doesn't support wear os there are few bummers like not working google maps and google pay and in india they didn't give the update that enables ecg and blood pressure and samsung pay is also not enabled. So i wanted to know that if this watch support all this things and can i download music streaming app other than spotify cause my watch only have spotify and its quite expensive compared to other streaming apps which i dont want to purchase. Please let me know sir.

From my experience on watch 3 ..lte mode does consume more battery quickly ..also if you are working out and doing fitness tracking then with lte on it does become very warm.

@@MridulTulsyan on my watch 3 if I use whole day on lte mode it lasts till eod. However if I do some workout or cycling without the phone then the sensors kick in and the battery life reduces. Still I can say that on normal use it lasts me for a whole day. Only go for lte if you go out usually without the phone. Also the new watch 4 I hear has expect significantly lower battery life than watch 3 ...expected as it's got Android wear integration. Would suggest going for watch3 lte once the price drops

For the sleep data you have to click on the graph of that particular sleep cycle. So for the nap click the nap graph and for the main sleep you have to click the main sleep graph to see the details

Purchased in June 2023 for 9k from Samsung website. Seems like a cool product for that price
