Professor Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for a fantastic video/lecture on How to Write Ionic Formulas with Polyatomic Ions in AP/General Chemistry. Memorizing and using the Polyatomic Ions increase my understanding of how to write Ionic Formulas. This is an error free video/lecture on UA-cam TV with the Organic Chemistry Tutor.
I have looked over my teacher's PowerPoint, nearly every single video of a class we've had, AND I've looked over the book at least 3 times. Hope to God this works.
ohhh my god it took you 6 minutes to explain to me what my science teacher couldn't in two lessons - you're going to be the reason i pass my chemistry test and exam THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Thanks so much, man! I was sick and missed a few days of school when my teacher was going over this stuff. I’ve got a test tomorrow, and you absolutely saved me!
My yeachwr wants me to show the lewos dot or bohr diagram of how i am transferring ionic charge to satisfy both elements. I'm just using these to check my answers. Tnx for the video
For elements they are on the periodic table ... Everything below Hydrogen is 1+ ... below Beryllium is 2+ ... skip d block because they have their Roman numerals... and then to boron with 3+ ... Trick part is with carbon because its 4+/- ... and then it goes down from carbon. So Nitrogen is 3-. And that's it. ( srry don't know if you still need help)

This is the guide she gave me.
💀💀
I’m gonna still fail my test tomorrow
Yep it's notes or nothing
Just said yes and no as we threw out random topics at him. I betcha we missed a few that were on it.
You explain it soo well dude you should be my chemistry teacher
Thank you so much for explaning this! You do a lot better than my chemistry teacher. I now understand a lot easier by using that criss-cross method.
Wow...this explained what my chemistry teacher spent a month on, amazing

I have never been more thankful for a youtube channel than I am now... thank you so much for this whole series
Hi I owe my life to you🥰 I have a test of this tomorrow and was so confused, this cleared everything up! Hopefully I do well!!

This is basic material homie
@@poopmonster7650 I literally hate you
Why do textbooks complicate things? 🙄 Here I was frying my brains trying to learn how to write poly atomic compounds. This was so helpful. Thank you
thank you!!! honestly could not have made it through chem without you.
Thank you so much for these videos. they've been a real help to me throughout my whole chem class. Thank you again.
You are explaining better than my teacher. When I have something don't understand in class, I always search your video.

It's really that fucking easy...
ohhh my god it took you 6 minutes to explain to me what my science teacher couldn't in two lessons - you're going to be the reason i pass my chemistry test and exam THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I just want you to know that you have saved me from failing my Chem class !!!! You are awesome !
i have a test tomorrow and this really came in clutch thanks dude.

Thank you this was so helpful. I’ve been kinda struggling with this in chemistry.
Thank you! This guy just explained this in 10 mins so easy and understandable. my teacher couldnt explain this lesson in 1 hour
Thank you so much! You saved my life.
bro u ligit are the best teacher out there, tanks so much, been watching for math and chem

Thank you sooo much I have like a big problem with chemical equations and ionic equations appreciate it 😊
He explains everything so well!!!
Thank you for explaining it it is very complicated but now we understand.
THANK YOU, YOUR SO GOOD AT EXPLAINING, YOU SHOULD BE A TEACHER 😊
the way i had to watch this before my final and I finally get this shit

This makes way more sense than the videos In my course.
Tomorrow is my exam and your videos have helped me to pass ❤❤
hey man, i was just wondering how you figure out the net charges of the elements?
it's been 2 years but for anyone else who still doesn't know, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to either memorize it or use a chart.
memorize. theres no other way you just gotta find the table and learn em all
Hs freshman here, thx so much, this is a lifesaver. Don't have to worry about my chem teacher shouting at me now
POV: u didnt pay attention during class and watched this video b4 ur exam and found a better teacher
My chem teacher didn’t even explain how to do this lol. She just gave us a worksheet and said go
It’s literally so insane how he has almost 300k views on this video but only 5k likes 😭😭 he needs more🙏🏽

This has been so helpful, thank you so much!👍👍👍
THE GOAT THE GOOOAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
This is very good for my students.
Thanks for the study guide
Your way better then my science teacher
Can you do a video on NAMING ionic formulas? Like if you're given CoSO4 x 7 H2O and have to figure out what it is?
He made the video check his playlist
Damn I’m replying 2 years late💀
Great video man I understand it so well know
How do you know CO’s formula or charge? Since I can’t search for it in the periodic table. Is it something that has to be memorized ?
si
Bro is it me or is it that no one's chem teacher teach??
criss cross method saved my life im so serious
your my hero
THANKYOU!!! YOU'RE A HERO
My yeachwr wants me to show the lewos dot or bohr diagram of how i am transferring ionic charge to satisfy both elements. I'm just using these to check my answers. Tnx for the video
silly question, but why does the negative signs not carry over? thank you
Thanks man. Explained quick, easy, and well🙏
When should we put parentheses and in which situation should we not use it
Can anyone help me? in 6:50 Iron (III) Nitrate
How come it's NO3 instead of NO4??
Minty_ Animation nitrate is a polyatomic ion
It is NO3-, Nitrite is NO2-
Thank you for this video
Thank you so much
Man, everything finally makes sense..
but how do you know where you add the brackets?
When did he use brackets
Thanks very helpful
Lol chem 20 is gonna be a lot easier with this guy
so u just put brackets when there are multiple polyatomic ions?
You are a life saver
Thank you so much❤️
Thank you this was great
why do you exchange it if not equal?
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
HOW DO YOU FIGURE OHT THE CHARGE
Memorize it idk how too so if you have an answer d ilke you to help me
Nvm ik now

@@R485kg she left 😇
lmfao thanks this saved me
got a test tomorrow and while i understand everything, i wasn't paying attention to the (so4)3 thing
how do you know what the charge is
Thank you so much
Mg2+, H+ , PO4^3-
How it's Mg(H2PO4)2
H2???
I kinda didnt understand my teacher's explanation then i went here and finally understand it
