3- have routine instead of studying (e.g. study after college at home or library)
4- have a system (e.g. schedule in G. calendar or notes in the notion)
5- surround your self with top students (like minded people)
6- always evaluate your self
(e.g. ask your teacher what is you mistakes)

I can relate with the situation mentioned on the first minutes of the video. Since I was Little, I had been a top student, but as time passed by it has been harder to be that student.
So, I noticed how hard the competition was when I took and passed my entrance exam in a school that because of it's prestigous (in my city) it's difficult to pass (and the difficulty raises when it's about the careers about health). So I noticed how my classmates were more advanced than me, I had tried to study harder but I just saw a Little improve but I feel I'm still falling behind.
Months ago, I discovered your channel and it helped me a lot because I'm also a dental student 🦷🦷 (First year tho) and I want to ask some help from you since you are in a higher year. Could you make a video (or a response, it's fine) about how do you take notes about the subjects you are studying? (I know you have a video where you talked about it but I think it was a bit brief)It's that I had that difficuty because I don't know if the key Word is the correct one; i would really appreciate if you could tell how do you study and find the key words when studying dental subjects (Like, how can i understand and remeber all the muscles of the face or about the cavities, etc) Please, I'll really appreciate it !!(❁´◡`❁)

It's definitely normal to start falling behind once we advance in our years, so make sure you're not comparing yourself constantly! Instead, just compare yourself to your previous self and improve little by little :)
I might make a video on how I make my notes however it's very subjective and a lot of methods work for different people, but maybe in my vlog channel I might showcase it a bit!
