Excited for the Deviate Elite 3. Wander if Puma can topple Saucony?
Puma Fast R V1 very snappy. Love it for hill work. Uphill you get the bounce of the forefoot midsole and down hill the eva heel is super stable. Not good for long runs. Killing my sheen at anything longer than 10k.
I had the same shin problem with longer efforts in v1. I suspect it is due to the accelerated foot slap upon landing that would overwork my anterior tibialis (front shin) muscle.

je viens d'avoir la version 1. Effet waouh, quel confort pour des chaussures plaque carbone. Je m'attendais à être à l'étroit meme en taille 40, et bien elles sont hyper spacieuses et souples. Je n'ai pas eu de soucis de stabilité à la marche, mais je conseille vivement d'avoir une foulée tonique avec ces chaussures. Toujours aussi adhérentes, merci Puma. Je suis ravie pour une première sortie, très positive. Le modèle 2 me gene un peu avec le bout de pied assez bizarre, un truc à se prendre une racine en courant
I see the back of the outsole still good so they must be durable 👍🏻
If it can handle Matt it can handle everything 😅
Has anyone thought of sanding down the plate extension?? Would probably need to be careful to not crack the plate but I’d be super curious on how the shoe would feel without it given all the other changes.

Fast-R v1 ate up my arches every time I put them on. Massive blisters after just 2-3 miles.
I opted for the Deviate Elite 2 as my race day show and have had 0 issues.
I'm hesitant on getting the Fast-R v2

J'ai toutefois des gros doutes pour les coureurs de poids élevé, pour moi (je fais 50 kg), pas plus de 60-70 kg. Sinon, manque de stabilité tout de même, le mesh est très fin/transparant, malgré que le talon soit bien soutenu
