Been loving Pumas Nitro foams, didn't think much when I bought my first pair
I grabbed the Fast R last week Puma had them on sale for 40% off. I ran a Half yesterday and developed a hot spot under the right ball of my foot besides that they were comfortable. The first 4 K I had to try and run slower as they really push you along. My legs feel great today, 58 years old. I think the Fast R will be a great 5/10K PR shoe for me.
They are very good shoes!
