As a carpenter I can appreciate just how many tools it takes to do our jobs. Then the electrician shows up with a bag that has his lunch in it, a pair of kliens and a screwdriver

Nice setup! I originally planned on a similar cap and bedslide but it was cost prohibitive at the time so I got a Diamondback bed cover. I’m not able to carry as many tools as I’d like so I have to plan ahead and swap stuff out. I may switch to a cap at some point.

Cool truck set up. For a heavy duty knife I use the OLFA 18mm XL-2 Extended Reach Utility Knife. It is big so I can use two hands on the knife.

Where are you located and are you looking for a helper?
you said the customer buys all consumables, does that mean you use whatever they buy? or do you send them you bill of materials for every project?

But how do you carry material?
Many of the carpentry jobs I do the client has materials delivered (decks & sheds) but I can also carry some on the roof rack if I remove a ladder (baseboards and crown) and I also have a utility trailer.😎 thanks for the comment ☺️
