30 Minute Morning Energising Yoga Flow

- This short practice will warm you up, energise your entire body and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your day ahead. Practice includes breath of joy and an accessible flow warming the shoulders, spine, arms and legs. Great for when you're short on time and just need to squeeze some movement in before you step into your day.

@@TwoBirdsYoga Of course - they're Shirshasana, Kakasana, & 3rdly it's an asana I'm currently learning, at the moment Mayurasana. These I always include at the end of a practice, if they weren't taught before.
