I was talking to a potential client about Cardboard Aided Design. He said RAM Board from Bunnings (available in the US as well) is really good for templating. Is a much stiffer substrate, but it's $130. I have been going to the dollar shop for poster card and taping to hold shape.
Ah yep I think I know the stuff. So far this one is doing the job for what I need but I'll keep that in mind for things in the future if needed - cheers mate!
