    Spray oil & cooking sprays are usually- and unfairly - overlooked. I frequently use cooking spray as “glue” to get popcorn salt to stick or keep an herb mixture on pizza crust. It also helps make things crispy. But this is taking it to another level! Absolutely genius, Nagi!

    2:52 if you cut it the other way , it could be used like a toast and a base for a sandwich! Caprese version seems like a great idea.

    Try adding a little dollop of butter or ghee and then sprinkling some cumin powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, sea salt, black cracked pepper, squeeze of lemon juice and some finely chopped coriander (for those of us who don't have the "it tastes like soap" gene). You're welcome.

    Water not really 'evaporated'. Most of it was absorbed by the eggplant.

      Tried this today. Took longer than the times mentioned but turned out great! Did not soak. No bitter taste at all.

    Why is this video making such a big deal about cooking with little oil only to then douce with olive oil afterwards or the oil from the chilli crisp bottle?! 🙄

    I like your recipes but why did you spray the oil on that eggplant using that spray was not healthy you should have just brushed on a little
