I prepare them very often and they never tire me! My family loves them too! Anyone can make this easy garlic and basil eggplant recipe! It takes very few simple ingredients and little time to prepare this delight! Eggplants have never been so tasty and fragrant! Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Fresh basil to taste
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, chilli with aromatic herbs

@@OnlyJustSayinhello I'm Romanian I can tell you our simple version. Just fry the eggplants. Serve them with our traditional garlic SOS very easy to make. Just mix olive oil salt pepper and crushed fresh garlic. Another traditional sous greek yoghurt mixed with crushed garlic salt pepper. Enjoy
