Please make more often Videos please!
Does the van lock when your inside etc ? So no 1 can open when asleep?
Lol! You are too cute and I love your channel 💖
City boy meets four legged nature......Brilliant!
Us regular viewers can remember the days of that frying pan and cooker being on the bed in the Galaxy lol
Haha how things have changed
Everytime he cooked on a bed my heart rate went up a bit.
@@selenanavarro9935 ha ha me too
I've never seen anyone put onion in the pan last?! However, my favourite video so far Will. Seemed a happy man
Hi will myself and my wife liked this video of you staying in the New Forest so much that we decided to follow in your footsteps and when to stay in the every same spot....
(Hatchetts pond) after arriving we had a qick look around and soon found that this wasn't the same place that you had stayed at !! It just didn't seem right.... we
was disappointed to fine that we was unable use our mobile phones... so decided to go up the road a wee bit further B3054 and we was so surprised to find another car park in fact this car park was the one that you had stayed at So we parked in the same place !! The place you stayed is called HATCHET MOOR ENCLOSURE on hatchet Lane,
B3054 ĺeast boldre hope your well .... we look forward to seeing moor videos from you nice one.
I really like your videos, Will. They’re so honest, telling it like it is. And donkeys were priceless. Well done. Keep making them, they’re getting better each time.
What a beautiful place…we live in such a beautiful country x
Stuff any more build it all looks great and you have plenty room inside.
Donkeys as breakfast guests worth thousands better than a fancy fit.
Lovely shots and drone footage. Great spot. All peaceful then when those donkeys appeared true to Will style it was hilarious. Brilliant!!!
"Oooh, I've never stroked a donkey before" Dying!!!
The swans are so gorgeous. Can't move on yet with the swans. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise. 🥰🥰
Had enough of the dogging sites, so now trying out the donkey ones.
@@Kiss4cooper best one
I’ve heard it’s more fun 😂
The average adult human is made up of 60% water. Will is made up of 60% Chicken Fajitas. 🤣
😂😂😂
@@WillsWhereabouts and the other 40% cheese !
Definition of humans monster 😂
Mans fafajita=no salad.
GREAT first "WILD" camp! We had great laughs. Looking forward to more.
This is the perfect video! Seeing how you use the minimum to solve needs: bed, storage bins, solar power, portable table, chair and of course donkeys (for hilarious entertainment)! BRILLIANT!
Hah thanks Carla, glad you enjoyed
wild camping tour of Ireland, coupla weeks traveling this beautiful island , you wont regret it
Take it from a Texan, take a few minutes and grill up the tortilla. Cold tortillas are no bueno.
Love the videos Will, it really does look so peaceful
What you need is some quality blackout curtains
Great video , the New Forest is only an hour from me and a lovely place. I would also suggest you make the most of the next few summer weeks to do some camping out, then when the autumn comes go back to the van building and some local nights out camping.
Glad you got a good night sleep man, good work! Defo think give the build a break and get out enjoying the summer, plus it gives you an idea of what you need to do, layout etc. 😉
Just come across your channel and the first video I see is you being chased by flipping DONKEYS!! 😂😂 I have subbed!!
Top video again, loving this series
Just awesome. Love the stealthing in the car but REALLY love the van. It's the perfect basic set up. Giving me great ideas. That was a very relaxing video that looked in the realms of possibility for anyone.
Love how appreciative you are of nature lol, really loving the way the vans looking lately buddy you have everything you need, location looks amazing, look forward to seeing the next part of the van build and next adventures you go on
More great stuff, Will. I love the fact that you’re comfortable with having a partially built van 🤟🏼
You could do a Lands Ends to John O’groats thing but break the journey up into 10 days. Do about 100 miles a day in the morning then spend the afternoon exploring and relaxing. You could do the most chilled lands end to John ogroats there’s ever been.
Will you really did enjoy yourself on this one, stress free,so funny you having visitors of the for legged kind.Go enjoy the country life and its wonders. Thanks for sharing.
I know some people like the stealth stuff but as someone who lived in vehicles from a fiesta van up to a American school bus for 30 odd years this is what made me love the lifestyle. Being out in nature and waking up in amazing beautiful places. Love to see you out actually enjoying the van William . It will only get better 👍
If youre looking for park up spots in nature try west Dorset. Head to lulworth cove and go inland. There are are hundreds of laybys and little dirt carparks in woods and in the countryside for access to the ridgeway walk etc. Also Arne on the way to swanage, vans just park up on the verges and laybys of the road that goes from the ferry to swanage, its about 3 or 4 miles long and surrounded by nature
Hi Will, absolutely love your channel been watching for a while. My husband just commented that he wondered if you were considering bringing out your own recipe book? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 love you Will, have fun xx
Hi Valerie, haha there would only be one recipe in the book…… fajitas 😂
Hey Will, I absolutely loved your video you finally got to camp out in the wilderness as you was intended, love your double mattress which give you a good night sleep! That is something you don’t see every day surrounded by Donkeys! I look to seeing your next video 😊👍
u love that matress mate, those magnets are a great idea! have a good one the donkey whisperer
Haha I really do
Save the van build for winter... enjoy the adventure
I think this might be the way forward
Totally agree!!! I would be super happy with that set up. Will - my fav video yet. Loved seeing your face eating fajitas and enjoying the view 🧘☀️🦢🐴
Im a new subscriber and so I have only watched this episode so far but I wanted to say was how impressed I am with you very simple yet smart set up. After watching Americans (and others ) who drive around in what can only be described as massive houses on wheels i just love the way you have kept it all so simple. And for all those women out there who think their bum is big- thank you for keeping it real!!
Glad you enjoyed the New Forest Will, where you stayed is about 10 minutes away from my house in the car. You were very lucky not to be moved on by a park ranger, they normally pay a visit around dusk time and inform campers / Motorhomes their not welcome and must leave. That particular site you visited was over run with wild campers during the lockdown and made many of the local papers, unfortunately not all of them are as conscientious as yourself about leaving no trace. Donkeys 😂 never rustle a plastic bag whilst their around. Pleasure to watch 👍
Loving the relaxed and light-hearted videos, some of these van lifers can be so serious.
That’s the thing about Will - he’s funny! His sense of humour is amazing. He is both tough and vulnerable at the same time.
For your issue of it being warm in there at night due to lack air movement, you should make some screens to put on your windows when you open them to keep bugs out. This way you can leave them cracked open at night for air flow and you will enjoy it more. Though you will need some kind of stopper to keep others from pushing the window open more to get in, but that should be easy enough to do as well.
Thanks for the tips I’ll have a look into this
Same you can't use a 24v oven I have one in my truck...I do steak and spuds..when I am one hour from my finish point turn it on...it sits nice on my flat fridge and due to the cab bouncing I don't need to even turn the food and cooked perfectly...I also love a wrap like yourself...Will where your fridge lad.
you could get some front window rain guards and then you'd be able to keep the windows open slightly without anyone noticing.
ther good and look cool too
Congrats to your friends mate place looks incredible
This is fantastic to watch Will, a real inspiration mate, keep the videos coming 👍🏼
Loved it Will, look forward to ones to come. Also looking forward to seeing the van built. Just keep em coming mate, Ray Uk
Have loved watching the build but have to say this one made me slightly jealous. Great to see you out and enjoying the scenery.
Keep up the good work mate, looking forward to seeing the progress.
This was a treat of a vid with the donkeys. Great to see you in the great outdoors. As others have suggested, make the most of the summer and get some great camps, then concentrate on the van build during the off season.
Great vid will lovely to see you camping in my neighborhood, makes a change from dubious car parks enjoy yourself all the best x
You are literally the funniest "Van Lifer" in the whole UA-cam XD! Great videos man!
Yes, I agree! I like him so much because of his sense of humour!
Awesome video can't wait to see more outings, but excited to see the van build as I am on with building a micro camper.
Good to see you out in the greenery fella away from the smog, should head up my wayish, derbyshire, check out 'mam tor' or 'stanage edge' both top spots with a ton of good spots to park the van up
It's grown on me how it is now, just a really simple basic set up. Just need to cover the walls up again really and add curtains.
It’s certainly made me think that you should keep this basic set up as it is. Who needs lots of space consuming cupboards and worktops? Remember the acronym KISS, keep it simple stupid! Staying like this means that if the van became economically unviable to repair if something went wrong then you can just transfer your gear out to a new van. I bet these types of vans are relatively dirt cheap to buy at auctions anyway. Just a thought from myself.
Hey Will, huge fan of the videos. Just an idea, keep the van as open as it is now. I’ve seen lots of van builds and all of them end up having not much room on the inside. Seeing your van as it is is quite refreshing. Of course cover up the sides and put in some sort of floor but keep it open and spacious. Cheers!
Hi Wil...it's all of the above how your camping goes...as long as you enjoyed it to the fullest, we fully on to you mate...
Will, get a wipeable table cover for your table much easier to clean and stuff doesn't drop thru onto the floor :)
At 1st I thought you made it to Portugal or somewhere I have family that lives in the UK then the UK near Manchester yesterday haven't been over to England for probably 15 or 20 years The donkeys were absolutely hilarious happy vanning Thanks for the video
18:34 당나귀 귀여워!!!😍😍The donkey is so cute!😍😍
Great to see you getting out Will and enjoying the warm weather in your new camper!
So, so happy for you mate. Finally, after all the covid chaos, a calm, lovely time. So nice to see you back in the New Forest! It's clear your van is Good Enough to use as is. Plan yourself a route and get out there whilst it's summer. Come visit when you got East Coast Scotland. So happy for you!!!! 💜Morgan
Thanks the plan! Thanks Morgan
I always enjoy watching what you get up to, you always put me in a better mood after watching your vlogs. I thank you for making this channel, I know that I am not the only one that you are helping in so many ways. It is my dream to get a van and travel around and one day travel to Europe and see all the magical places you have over there. Sending you lots of love from Oregon
Fantastic watching this series on your van life - just wish there were some corks or something on those screw ends in the roof - heart is in my mouth...
I’ve said it before but once that van is done you need to get up north and visit the Peak District. The views are breathtaking and you won’t struggle to find a spot to park up either. Do it mate you won’t regret it!! Tour de Yorkshire
Great video, so free! You’ll have to paint the van cammo green to blend in. Love Waitrose, everything is just so fresh and tasty. Keep up the great work, it’s always awesome when you have a new video.
Will you really need to get a 12 volt little fridge / cold box. We got one a few years ago from Halfords for camping. Keeps milk and dairy fairly cold and a lot better than keeping stuff like chicken on a box( especially in heat we had over past week )
I’m going to pick one up very soon to help keep things refrigerated
@@WillsWhereabouts they often have them in Aldi at a great price, 230v and 12v. Had one for years now!
After watching you struggle in the Galaxy I found myself smiling for you cooking in comfort !
Good luck my friend you deserve it 👏
The view is the greatest thing that happens all the time Nice video
Great video... You might find van window wind deflectors useful. They allow you to lower front windows an inch or so for ventilation overnight, they help stop condensation too, but keep rain out.
Definitely more countryside videos. You seem so happy and relaxed. And yea the donkeys were a bonus.
My mum used to work at holiday homes in New Forest, great to finally see how it looks after hearing her speak highly of the place. Looks beautiful there 🤌
Such a beautiful spot
Love camping was camping Caringorms what a beautiful was there to 😊😊😊
You should have a look at Osmonds Bushes, its a small car park near Holmesley just off the A35, cool spot.
Hi Will, what a brilliant video, that park is awesome with views to see while stealth camping.those donkeys were very friendly it's a big place when the drone was in the air.
Omg!!! Those donkeys are just adorable! I’m glad you got a great night sleep!
Very good video mate! Really enjoying your content and it looks like your really enjoying doing it. Van is coming along!
Those magnetic hooks are the business, simple curtain rail install with those. Brilliant. Thanks for sharing :)
looked very peaceful glad you enjoyed your time
18:47 _"Come on my friends, ice cream!"_ Hilarious Will 😂😂. Great vid mate.
I was all out of ice cream 😂
@@WillsWhereabouts 😂😂😂😂 excellent!
When I was around your age it was so much easier. Not so many security guards, but no big shopping Center car parks. To show you how long ago it was took my Mum and Dad on a trip round Scotland every where we stop was free, apart from one night when we went though the Scottish Skiing centre of Aviemore. Every where was blocked of and Thee camp site were charging up to £3 a night. We pull on to a pub field went and had a meal in the pub and asked the landlord how much to stay the night, he just said put something in the charity box. My Dan put 2 shillings and six pence (25 new pence) in so that dates it to 1970 the year before decimalisation.
@Steve Gee I hate myself for it, too pedantic by nature, but I'm "that person" to say that 2 shillings and sixpence pre-decimal is equivalent to 12 1/2 p, and 25p equivalent to 5 shillings pre-decimal. As a child of 5 or 6 year old in 1967 or 68, a 10 shilling note was sufficient pocket money for a whole holiday; the thrill of having "paper money" then breaking into it to buy sweets, comic, a post card to my Grandad, and a small toy from the Ballater Toyshop. This must make me seem like a right old fogey, can't belive I'll be 60 next year, as childhood holidays in a rented caravan seem like only yesterday.
@@elainemacdonald6541 you are completely right that’s the trouble being 73 and when it’s 4 am and I am not completely awake.
Best video of yours ever that I’ve seen. It had everything. Thank you
Wow, thank you! 🙏
Good effort Will….cannot wait to see what you do next with your build. I’m trying to find time to finish off the last bits of my L2H2 boxer.
I live in Poole after moving from Birmingham. Down here is amazing.
The wildlife is so different to up north, and there is all you need down here.
Sea, beaches, forests, castles, chalk Giants,,, etc
Although, I nearly smashed my phone as I threw it when a big moth thing buzzed my ear the other night.
One hilarious thing is the native Cock Chafer beetle. God knows how it got that name. 😝
Will, don't leave off finishing the van. Before you know it the nights will draw in and the temperature will start to drop. A big lump of metal will not be comfortable in the winter. Get yourself prepared.
Great video. New forest is beautiful. I got quite choked you saying you’re happy seemed an emotional moment. Definitely makes a difference and better than IKEA or Tesco. Loved the donkeys wanting food. The van showing its potential now
What a fantastic vid fella!!!! Pure gold!
Didn't know anyone else was using those magnetic hooks in their van thought I'd quietly found those myself! Looks like we all solve similar problems in similar ways!
Love your new furry friends. Animal tell a lot about people, they trust you, that says a lot about your hilarious character and personality! Waiting to see what other furry friends you may meet!
That's the life your view wow 😊😊😊
Brilliant best one yet and what a place to park up 👍
Yes mate...my dad lives there I'm down on the 13th of August I love that place so much
Will. Just been watching your video from seven months back. Single unemployed living with parents etc. Life not how you planned it. Hope things have improved. I lost both my lovely parents at a comparatively young age then lost my long term partner to suicide. This does make you realise life is too short. Just do what you want. Work is overrated. Hope you enjoy life in the van.
What a surrealistic morning 😂 Maybe you can wait to the bad weather to continue the transformation and enjoy summer going around. Cheers!
love the video. you do have good drone shots. love your chanal . i also struggle with mental heath and for me watching your channal really helps me .
I’m glad it helps man
Enjoyed your video Will! The Donkey stalking was hilarious !!
Nature is the best so blessed 😊😊😊
Love your van Realy nice and your choose of camp place Awsome beautiful breath taking 😊😊😊😊
This is far better television than anything that’s currently on keep it up Will 👌🏼
Awesome video enjoying life. You have the time enjoy using the van keep adding to it a little at a time 👍🙂
Those Donkeys where so cute and friendly and the swans where really pretty, what a lovely spot to call home for the night :D
Really enjoyed this video and was nice to see you looking alot more relaxed and at ease where you were!
Love your cooking Realy delicious menu come up with 😊😊😊😊
Nice one dude i do the same as you in my T6, lovin the van life too
Great vid Will. Liking the new van.
