Excellent info. From the beginning of my career, I took a concious decision of 'NOT to do TOO well' in my career. Although, I am still doing regular job, I focused on financial freedom. Even if I am fired at this moment, I can maintain my lifestyle without working.
You have to create your own reality. You cannot drop your weapon before fighting. 👍🏻 See that job as an enabler and your entire life will change 👍🏻 Job is just a part of your journey.
Right. The thing is MNC is not good if you need work life balance.. We need work life balance this is important part of life.. I preferred personal brand is more important.. Choose start-up or product based.

1).you have to use company of 1st step for your own plan. You are using this company (Don't feel victim mentality) 2)don't trap in brand company. Know your own perpous why your joining now Search how this company fit your perpous 3) you can make passive income Search must why, why you are joining 4).Location of company fits your plan 5) 5)
the number is the problem, we don`t know what number is enough to move aside from this. i`ve been laid off in april 2023 and i`ve been idle since then. loosing confidence on myself.

Do you know about this little concept called "inflation"? No one can say "this amount is going to be enough for me forever. If I achieve this amount, I've attained Nirvana"!
I did all good work, but not so good things in my personal life. I got Divorced. I don't have kids. I am 41.I am still working and still grinding. Its 9 to 9 and not 9 to 5 these days😢.
Insightful !! Mam in any industry before joining the company as engineer how to identify pain points or concerns of our boss/recruiters before interview or after it so i can position myself as solution to those problems ? How to use fear or loss aversion to improve our impact and success rate..
Dear, there is only 1 way and its during the interview only, you have to directly ask the "hiring manager" , that what are your key problems/issues, which you want to be solved by the this new hire.. Mostly they will say the true things and you can modify/tweak your answers accordingly..
enough is not enough as inflation reduces saving and investment require lot of money to get regular income to enjoy as second job salary and that too not fixed.
