That Whipple is a twin screw, not a roots, yes there is a difference (if anyone was wondering).
Scott Waters while that's true, most people just refer to any blower that mounts directly to the intake as a roots..

Western Washington is very beautiful. Have you ever noticed the smell? You can smell all the trees and everything. It may not be as present in summer as it is in other months. If you were to move to WA you prolly would want to live on the East side of the state where I'm at. Somewhere like the Tri-cities. A lot cheaper and not as much traffic and homeless people lol. Only about a 3.5 hour drive from Seattle as well.

Aasbos car is a 2.7 2AR built on a Supra/custom machined driveterrain
A Mast Motorsports engine is sub 35k which isn't much for a drag racing engine. Look at Steve Schmidt Racing engines or Sonny's racing engine, 50-60k is normal.

Tuerck actually went 3.0L this season instead of 3.4L and I believe it’s a GTX42.

This is why modern drifting is so dull. Nearly every car is exactly the same, just with slightly different stickers on it.

Your right, Slow cars with no angle are so much more fun to watch.
Anybody can stab a gas pedal and do a powerslide when you have a ton of power or rip the e-brake. It actually takes some skill to keep a slower car sliding and keep it looking interesting.
