  • I am in shock it has already been a year. This bike has done great and never let me down. So many people ask about this bike and watch the videos so thank you for that I figured I should make a video showing how this bike held up and what I like and don't like about it. I really hope you enjoy the video and I look forward to taking this bike to the next level. Let me know what you think. Thanks for watching and I look forward to seeing you on the next video.

    I just watched every video on this bike you have. I picked the camo version up from a store for $107 not running. I'm waiting for a few more parts to come in and will get it back on the road. Thanks for the series, it was cool to see your version and take on it compared to the many others I've watched. I hit the sub button as well.

    My parents surprised me with it and I crashed it first try. But it still works! Very powerful piece of machinery. But definitely recommend it! But when you ride it you have to get used to how sensitive the gas is!

      @@alannimenendez5029 tractor supply, look it up online and see if they have any stock at a store near you. I'm pretty sure the model is a 200EX (EX) for extreme I'm pretty sure. I got camo with a front suspension and a headlight, the gas tank is a storage compartment that hold a wallet, phone, and a couple waters, a pack of smokes, lighter, and shooters of fireball. The last time I looked the new ones for this year 2021 are a black camo which looks sweet! • @daveunderwood6498
    @daveunderwood6498 5 років тому +4

    Just bought one. The only mods I'm doing with it is to switch the motor with an electric start Honda (same size and will last a life time). With a battery you can run a small inverter (for charging devices) and run lights for camping. A perfect bug out bike!

    When you get a new header like you have, it supports the extra back flow of the engine making it less compact when revving super high after the governor disable. I have a couple of those engines also and it's been doing just fine for months disabled governor.

    got mine a year ago and added a predator hemi, with 22lb valve springs, and the gov. removed. put the juggernaut torque converter, sunf tires, and a mb200 storm rear rim fitted with a brake rotor paired with a dual piston hydraulic brake caliper. can hit 60 miles per hour and break on a dime. i should also mention i have a ct200u fork suspension kit from coleman powersports and it still is a tank and starts first pull even in winter

    I would install a 212cc predator engine. It will fit...but it's a tight fit with the gas tank. I ordered a $50 eBay torque converter and a $20 1" engine riser kit from GPS. Also, all the Performance parts you currently have installed will work on a 212cc. Plus if you install a torgue converter you will not need to remove the governor.

    • @Deucealive75
      @Deucealive75 4 роки тому

      Why? The stock engines are fine. People were buying 212's just for the 3/4" shaft to make it easy for TAV install. A new crankshaft for the stock engine is the way I would go. And while I was in there I would install a cam.

    i gave a boy 300 for a used 2018 ct200u and its ragged out, they didnt take care of it. left it outside. everything is rusty, so im starting off replacing parts. rode it once and it bout beat me to death. the suspension will come after i get a new clutch and chain and carb on it. then ill put some 3 inch springs under the seat, then make a wider seat. i was having a hard time even finding a mini bike frame for less than 200 bucks. from what ive heard from coleman owners is, damn near all the gas tank lids leak. mine leaks, i replaced it and it still leaks. thinkin of getting a different kind of tank for it. and i hate those fat tires and wheels. im lookin into replacing them with some about half that wide and a smaller front tire. its just a project, dont know if i will put a tav on it or not. have fun with yours, enjoyed the vid

    Do you know any reason why my Coleman ct200u decelerates so quickly after letting off the throttle?

    • @NVSRides
      @NVSRides  5 років тому +2

      Not really sure but I would check the throttle cable and the brake. Brake could be grabbing so when you get off the gas it slows you down quick and doesn't roll. Hope it is am easy fix. Let me know. Hard to figure out when I am not by the bike.

    Looking for an opinion here. I live in a pretty urban environment, no dirt riding anywhere close (Fort Lauderdale, beach area) So all asphalt riding only. The little bike looks sooo much fun! (and that's coming from someone who sold a Vmax a few months ago, lol)
    Do they make slick version tires at that size, for this bike? And is it safe to share a road with cars, as long as I'm keeping up with traffic? Drivers here are obnoxiously bad, and the fact that you're crouching down like that doesn't help with visibility. Any south Florida owners here can pitch in? I would avoid busy roads as much as feasible.
    FYI - I'm posting this same question on other review vids, in case you've seen this before 😉

    • @Deucealive75
      @Deucealive75 2 роки тому

      These are 20 mph trail bikes stock. In order to keep up with traffic you would need at least a few mods to get a 40 mph bike. And street tires would help.

      @@NVSRides I am looking for a mini bike to use as a pitbike for our car, drag racing hobby. I just recently started paying attention to the Mini bike following. I did not realize how big the interest and hobby is. I am thinking the Coleman 100(3 hp) is all we need to cruise around the pavement at the track. I have spotted one local that is $200, and seems to be in good shape. Thanks for the videos.

    • @parson7260
      @parson7260 4 роки тому +1

      The spark plug you need is an Autolite 3910x..it will run you around $8 but it will really bring out that stage one kit you added. It won't help much with making the engine easier to start, but you'll definitely notice a big difference. The reason the bike is hard to start is due to the valve springs. This is very common issue when you remove the governor and change out the valve springs. I have the same bike...lots of fun...mine has a 212cc predator engine, stage one kit and an eBay torque converter.
