- Thought it was finally time I did a test of the front brake we put on this thing and a long term update. I get asked by so many people if my bike is still running. Well here you go two years with no governor in the bike and a second set of tires later we still can go ride this thing. It is about three years old all together and I would buy another one. You might be surprised by how much faster this bike stops. Please subscribe if you have not already and hit that like button. Thanks for watching and we will see you on the next one.

I installed a flux capacitor on my ct200u and now that shit flies
Haha I want one...
Nice 👍
Sweet, those little things are tanks
They really are and ride like a tank.
Nice. Great to hear the bike has held up well. And they said you need a 212... Not really. My near stock 2016 200U is doing ok as it should because I don't ride as much as others. Pretty low hour bike. Just finished a mild build on my other 200U. A brief walkaround vid is on my channel.
replace the gasket under your gas cap with a cork gasket i cut by hand , by tracing the original . I used a gasket sheet set sold at napa , cost me pennies & I got enough to make a dozen gaskets .
It coes 11 or 12 bucks
Hey man great stuff love the fact u left the internals stock I see In a few of ur videos u say it's a pain to start have u checked your valve lash u can youtube that and it should make it start like a dream if u set them at 3 to 4 thousands
I have not checked those yet. I usually cheat and use a little starting fluid and that does the trick.
Yes that works just fine I was just trying to to help you out with what you were saying I like to cheat to its much faster haha but valve lash is worth the time I have a built mower for mud bogging sporting a 25hp vtwin I did the valve lash to 4 thousands and it starts better than a new car just touch the key n it fire's right up
I will adjust them as soon as I get a little time. Thank you for the heads up
Nice dude glad it works well I just got the Coleman ct200u-ex a month or do ago and it a ton of fun as well
They are a flat out blast to ride. I really hope you enjoy yours as I have enjoyed mine. Thanks for checking this video out.
@@NVSRides No prob dude. Thank you for posting the video. 🍻
My gas tank lets gas out the top since I bought it. Nothing looks wrong with the seal it’s just way to short to even stop gas from coming out as it’s literally not pressing up against anything.. which is the one job a gasket is supposed to do lol
You are right mine has leaked since I got it but I still like the bike. Glad you are having fun on yours.
Good idea and good work. I'm looking for a Trailmaster MB200 used to use as a farm bike, and camping bike
I really like those bikes and how they look but have not rode one. Let me know when you get one.
The main reason people blow their bike up after removing governor is because they either forget to remove the washer behind the governor or forget to reseal and remove the bolt holding the governor and eventually the bolt falls through ruining the internals. You have to be careful removing anything from the engine, even slightly moving the gearing inside the engine will result in you blowing the motor
That looks like fun might just buy one for myself.
They are fun and inexpensive compared to other bikes. Look used they are a low as a few hundred bucks
Burning Rubber Garage yea I think I have seen some used ones thank you
It’s pretty fast all you need now is the arc flywheel and the 18 lbs springs.
Why no torque converter kit?
I had a common CT 200 U and I took off the governor and it used to go 25 miles per hour and now only goes 18 miles in our do you think that is too bad compression
It could be that or a host of other things. All you can do it start looking into it. Start with checking your spark plug and see how it looks.
Hauls a full-grown man with no problem ! Has anybody branded themselves on the exhaust yet ?
Nobody has on this bike but I would bet it is a matter of time lol
Why is there cones on the back
Used them to test the new front brake stopping distance.
Nice
when thee update
Do ride it on ATV trails or mostly around the yard? Mine seems to sputter a bit when the clutch gets wet.
Do you recommend switching over to heavier valve springs?
I would say yes. Did I? No. I planned on swapping motors but mine is still going strong.
Burning Rubber Garage I’m stuck between this Coleman and the Baja Warrior 200. The Baja has front suspension but the Coleman has so many aftermarket components I’m deciding between the two of them. Which one would you recommend?
Some Coleman's will have front suspension. Bx200 and the camo of will have front forks
@@xXGizmoXisXcoolXx 18# valve springs makes a huge difference on top end and they only cost 10$ a pair + need a 5$ valve lash feeler gauge tool. Super worth it. Also, I got a racing spark plug and it also made a difference. The stock ones are trash. The next best cheap mod is rear sprocket, if you only offroad like me the 60t sprocket makes the acceleration Way better and hill climbs easier but you get less top speed. You do need a longer chain though, thats a 50$ mod.
