- @SultanPlays40k returns with a bigger Tau list to see if it can withstand The End of All Things. The last big battle went down a storm and this one - well it comes down to the last dice roll.

Winters- have you ever thought of doing a tutorial on how you set up your boards? The basic elements of stuff you need to create a variety of different terrains (gravel, trees other features etc) and how you arrange them. It probably seems simple to you but you do it incredibly well. I’m starting out buying terrain and am a bit overwhelmed by it all

I loved it when the Tau’naar did 20 damage to Winters tank, and he says “20 dmg?!” And Sultan says “it’s 5 damage a wound” and Winter goes “whaaaaat” I laughed so hard 😂😂 Thank you. Awesome video. Improved my Sunday afternoon!

Guys, I love your high point battle reports! I think you do it best on UA-cam as far as I've watched battle reports and I've seen a lot. You've got a great chemistry with Sultan and Sultan himself is quite a charming, lighthearted fellow and his smile really delivers it for me! Haha
His Tau army is my favorite so far, I love Battle Sisters with all of my heart always and forever, but my favorite Xeno race is definitely the Blue Guys Empire. His Tau army is so good on the battlefield and that 1000p Gundam is always a joy to see in action.
I mean, I like Death Guard as well, but they are not Tau! Hahah (Quite literally filthy traitors)

And I gotta say I am always left disappointed they never compare to your entertainment level. Been a fan and viewer for many years now and I'm glad to see these. Tau player turn 4, my dice failed me
Tau player turn 1-3, makes an absolute absurd amount of 4+ inv saves.
“Failed”. Shield generators should be 5+ invs. Especially in a codex that hands them out like candy.

Winters, knowing how your Death Guard fare against Tau shooting makes me scared to watch this.

Winters you always forget to fire Mortys pistol and do the thing where it hits everyone in a line.
Remember you can blow up battle suits for 1 cp that includes broadsides and even stealth suits could have done some extra mws in those combats.
Sultan must be my favourite returning character in your opposition roster. (I don't know why he must be, he just is)

Death guard seem rather squishy for an army that's supposed to be really hard to kill in the fluff. Winters needs to throw those green dice away and get new ones.
I'd love to see max death guard points against his blood angels. Also your death guard army has been giving me inspiration on how to build my death guard.

Hell of a slobber knocker 👏Would've been interesting to see how a crisis drop on Winters' 2 pointer would've played out. Might've been throwing points in the bin or it might've spaced the waves out. Terminator dropping in the corner of a map is always a win.

This is the second time I’ve seen Mortarion evaporate to a Tau shooting phase in the first round. I’m kind of amazed he doesn’t have a phase cap of any sort.
Codex was made before that was even an idea, frankly the way to prevent that is adequate obscuring terrain

After coming back into 40k, and playing a few tabletop games, I now think the army that has the most rolls are generally the side that wins.
What do you mean, the tau lost.
@@oz2362 Yeah I'm not saying its guaranteed. But it feels to me like the army with the most attacks generally has the bigger advantage, regardless of how OP your forces are in comparison, the sheer weight of fire compensates for the luck of the dice rolls.

Can you place Mortarion into strategic reserve? He’d be pretty dangerous coming in a bit later when guns are tied up.
I never ever want to play tau (I don't like squishy infantry) but I gotta admit, they are easily one of the best looking forces (right alongside Necrons and Harlequins)
Finally snapped and decided to start my first army. Over did it as I do. Bought about 4500 points of Tau. Trying to build and paint as I'm over the road. Only real problem is trying to decide which unit to build and paint first.
Did you intentionally put your Marines into squads of 7? If so, I love that commitment to the lore.

It's a matched play thing and doesn't count for troops and dedicated transports

i seen primarch of death guard go down turn one once. in video so not that hard
So just to point out LoS is a thing and the last tank could only hit Sunstrike with the mortar because of obscuring solid terrain.... those entropy cannon shots should not have fired and thus Sunstrike should not have died.
But there was no obscuring terrain. Twas straight shot
@@wintersSEO Except for the bunker and smaller tower that the objective point was on.... both were the height of the tank or higher and there was no way those guns could have shot at that target without going through those buildings.
The first tank had line of sight over the sandbags, the second did not.
EDIT: Adding a timestamp that clearly shows what I'm talking about: 2:00:12 1:49:18 shows it from another angle, clearly blocked.
