    Tried cooking it following all the steps, turned out to be a blast! My picky mum actually gave me a high rating for it. Tks for the recipe! Better than the last recipe I tried.

    Your recipes are amazing! Reminds me of a Malaysian restaurant in Anaheim CA! But better!
    I do the 2nd segment downwards too! (leave 1st segment) ...when I wanna leave head on and de-shell everything else. Thought I was the only one, haha.
