4:25 Alright but actually, Luis has the best card out of everyone's. Not only is his actually unique, it genuinely just looks nice. Everyone else did boring black text meanwhile Luis used a pretty gold/bronze coloring (and I think green for other text) as well as having a similar colored case, makes the indentation of the lettering stand out better imo. Of course Bateman had to try and kill him, it was clear that Luis had far better taste exceeding his and all else.

How can anyone not view this as a dark comedy? The character christian Bale created here is so unique, entertaining and insane. Its like like a caricature of what a sociopath is supposed to be. Done very well but overdone with the behavior and facial expressions. I dont think ive ever seen a character like this irl or in movies, or anywhere for that matter. Amazing film. I watch it every few years to laugh my ass off.

-has to be watched multiple times to truly be enjoyed
-really fucked up in a bizarre and hilarious way
-offensive humor that actually has a point instead of being edgy for the sake of being edgy
-the protagonist being batshit insane in every single frame
-making fun of rich white men
