Flywoo has released their v2 FR16! On this BnF we see some upgrades. A thicker bottom plate, new canopy, upgraded nano camera, v2 Goku FC, and some 1002 ROBO motors! Overall the construction of this quad is nice and well executed. The tune could use some work, but that's about it. Enjoy!

ahha, quad blades, that explains some of the trouble in tuning, i wonder why quad blades, i guess with those ducts maybe, but otherwise, yea some tri or bi blades much better for it for sure. oh! 45mm props you say, noice! See some potential for sure with that one, as always Heads, great shredding freestyle yo! 👽

the Nano Baby v1 was the first drone I ever purchased, and I absolutely loved it till I crashed it too many times in snow and that was all she wrote. I had to pick up the v2 the second it was available, it's a ton of nostalgia for me, granted I got the HDZ version this time instead of analog because why not? Arrived a couple days ago and I am having a blast with it!
Ryan has a canopy 3D print for the Nano90 cam for the Baby Nano 20 that will probably fit this one as well!

Cool review! I really like the small form factor of the toothpicks... Just wondering if it is worth getting this quad or a baby naz 73 instead of mobula7 1s analog. How different they really are in your opinion? (For freestyle outdoors, for example).

I just ordered one from GetFPV in Sarasota where I live local pick up yea. I had the original true x figured this one would be better. Is or will your tune be made available?
I love Flywoo quads and already owned 2 when this came out, so I ordered it in HDZero on Day 1. It said it was in stock and would ship the next day…took nearly 2 weeks before they actually shipped it. Buyer beware! Still waiting for it to arrive so good to see it in the air, thanks for the review.

Do you know how to unlock the full 250 mW power output? I can't seem to get more than 25, even after setting it higher in the osd menu.

Im only trusting Bardwells whoop reviews cause he flys crap like I do, as at this stage I believe Heads could freestyle a turd.... me on the other hand.... cannot.

The digital goggles I'm using are HDZero goggles. I use a analog adapter with a TBS Fusion module.

They aren’t the greatest on support from what I’ve found though unfortunately.
Still waiting on updated cli for their old explorer lr hd so I can use the new betaflight for the better RTH. They put out the O3 version and said screw the old ones basically.
I ended up putting a BQNano and intalling iNav on mine. Easy to do, since iNav is also a fork of CleanFlight, and works great especially for long range. IDK if all the boards that it has come with have an iNav target, but it's worth checking out if you want features like reliable RTH and don't want to wait on Flywoo.
@@CDRaff Thanks for the reply. It's not that critical that I have the RTH. I am just bringing up the fact that I have had a bad experience with their support.

I have a question for you that have nothing to do with the video:
Would the diamond f4 aio esc damage the stability on a regular camera mount (in the middle and not on the front outside the frame)?
I don't think I've ever had a diamond f4 esc cause any damage to anything else on the build. If that was the question
This analog aio is rated 5a per esc , but from the data sheet I can see that one motor with more demanding prop can produce over 10amps, so is 5a sufficient in this case?
In my personal experience 5a ESCs have almost always been enough for 1s builds overall

I ordered the analog version and can’t figure out why the video is so horrible. Contacted Flywoo and they were nice enough to send me a new camera but after installing it I experienced exact same issue, video cuts out on flips and objects have a reddish tint, like the contrast is off. This is only my second analog quad but my mobula 7’s RunCam nano 3 looks perfect with the same goggles. I’ve also tried different antenna with no luck. I’m just wondering if you have any insight on what might be causing the issue. Love your videos and appreciate any feedback you might have! ✌️
First off, sorry you're dealing with that, sounds annoying. If I had to guess, I'd assume it is a vtx issue. If the camera is fine and goggles are good, I think the last thing left is the VTX. Are you having range issues? Or just picture quality?
Did you change the rates?
After the maiden flight, yes. Just to the default Betaflight rates.
Heads can freestyle a flying trashcan tho....
