Hello @ifepinkies I tried this recipe today and it came out so nice. I used the same measurement and procedure but I used brown sugar in place of white sugar. It was so yummy and the texture is just as the one displayed on the screen. You just earned yourself a new subscriber. Thanks for sharing😊

Good day; I tried this recipe today, it came out will I think, kept it in the fridge for an hour plus when I brought it out to use, the mixture caked, til now, it’s outside the fridge Buh it’s like when I soak sugar inside water, that’s how it’s like buh it actually taste nice, please where did I go wrong? I used full cream milk and jubi margarine

Came out pretty well only problem I encountered was I had to melt the sugar without water because mine kept crystalsing
Adding a one or two tablespoons of glucose powder helps prevent crystallization as it stops the glucose molecules from clumping
While on heat...there were sugar crystals forming by the sides of the pot...whay do i do to stop the sides from sticking?
I think u increased the heat to much, the key is to not rush the process

I don't know mine turned out waters with like very tiny chuncks it's like water and sugar were separated but it had a lovely caramel color, what did I do wrong?
Maybe you didn’t allow sugar melt completely on low heat before adding the other ingredients
