I have mostly focuses on bringing you different yoga classes to practice with. I am always creating new classes and try to make a large spectrum of classes to appeal to different abilities and needs. First timer here-- this was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I'm going to aim to do this several times per week ;-). You really understand what can help knees feel better ;-). AND I'm 73-years-old... old meniscus tear that can still give me some challenges ;-).

I have been doing chair yoga daily since 2020. (Yoga since 1972) chair yoga videos saw me through the isolation of COVID. I explored many approaches and instructors. Four years later it seems it is only you I return to regularly. Also Rashmi and her grandmothers in India.

Hi Jacob, I commented on this one when I did it 3 weeks ago when it first came out. I don't think you saw my comment as somehow you missed it. I hope you will see my comment this time. It is a beautiful practice. I am glad I came back to it again this morning. I didnt need the chair as much or my yoga blocks. It is weird I can walk my hands to the feet but not my feet to the hands. Hi Jacob, I was surprised when I saw this come up 3 weeks ago that it was only 5 minutes that's why I didn't do it. I admire that you still filmed this after the 40 minute practice audio didnt work. I am saving it to use as an add on. I can't wait to do the new one you filmed this morning. The video quality looks great. It looks as though it will be challenging but doable.

Amazing, Jacob. My left knee i’d injured while gardening 20 years ago has less pain in it when walking snd standing for any length of time. The one exercise that bothered it was doing the crouching behind the chair. How often do you recommend we do these particular exercises, Jacob?Thank you.
@@nancyanderson6741 Best to work with exercises that don't hurt. If you can stand and bend your knees ever a little work in the range that doesn't hurt. If that is too much for your body then stay seated and push down with your feet like you are about to stand. You don't have to lift of the chair but that is an option if you can.
@@JacobCino I have to stand from a seated position many times a day and it is usually bearable so will try to limit my range of motion when doing the exercise from a standing position behind the chair. Thanks you for your help, much appreciated!

I find getting up difficult because of arthritis but this practice is good to get me into starting the daily routine which can be challenging. Also in the day if I need to loosen up but am not up to a longer practice.Thank you.
