I'm going to gym, boxing, stepping out of my comfort zone, learning new skills, building my business as self improvement UA-camr, eating healthy, etc... So I can become a high value man, I mostly want to become one so I can be a great father and teach my son how to be a high value man, that's all I want in life is to be a father

I'm a 48 year old man with a wife and 3 kids earning 30k with a skinny physique.
I have known about much of the wisdom that Hamza speaks about for at least 20 years.
I found myself locked into habits of instant gratification and it stops now.
Only now am I actually going to do something about it. A great many difficult things.
My 15-year old son turned me on to him.
I have immense admiration for Hamza, his message, and the young men who are actively engaging in self improvement.
My next comment will be in 2 years and I'll let you know how I got on. 🤜🔥🤛

To add to the first point, you also need to make sure your self image aligns with being a high value man. Your subconscious acts to maintain yourself image so if your self image of that of a low value man, it will be near impossible to become high value. Practice vivid visualisations to change your self image from a low value man to a high value one.

Most guys who are millionaires by 20 either won the lottery when it came to investing (this has like a what 0.000001% chance of happening) or extremely rarely put in the work. He's 14 so if he starts at 16, he will still go through the trials and tribulation stage. By 25, he'll probably be ahead of all of his peers and probably be decently wealthy. It's just extremely extremely unlikely for him to become a millionaire by 20. Especially if he's from the UK

It takes very little to become a high value man if you look at the bigger picture. looking at instagram videos and youtube videos of giant men with bulging muscles that seemingly live at the gym and have the perfect life almost looks unattainable. As the video explains, you just need to have the right foundation that starts in your own mind!
Stop talking negatively to yourself, be confident, realize and understand that it's you that can chance everything and turn your entire life around simply by the will of your own mind! you can achieve everything you set your mind to.
    Amazing video!
