I made her pumpkin cupcakes, like two times already this fall, they are so AMAZING! They were so soft, the perfect sweetness and they did not last anytime in my house… I also made her sprinkle filled cookies too, they were really good too… I’ll be making these this weekend too or maybe her pumpkin cake

I started using cake flour when making cookies according to your recipes. When you use it, I use it. I'm really impressed with the texture of the cookies. Now I keep it on hand all the time. It's a game-changer. Likewise, When you suggest using all purpose flour, I do also. My favorite brand is King Arthur.
Hi Sam yet another hit these are so yummy thank you for these videos they are so easy to follow and full proof each thing turns out how they should, can I just say with the dough being so soft and sticky I was struggling to put them together as I have bad shakes so instead of dividing them in two I put the end of a small spoon trough the middle of the cookie put the jam in and closed the top which was so much easier. I’m not telling you to do the same but for me it really worked if anyone else is struggling maybe that way will help, have a good rest of your weekend ❤❤
I have made your brown sugar cookies 2x. 1st time I did not have cake flour an made my own. Although very tasty, not near as tender as when I made them the 2nd time. Big difference in my opinion. I now have cake flour in my pantry all the time. My strawberry jam is cooling now to make these. Love making cookies and give many away to my neighbors as I do not need the calories. Now, I mail to my son and he takes them to the local VFW. We are all winning with your delicious cookies. Keep them coming as I love to try anything new

I don't have any in my area, but I've found a few while vacationing in the Lancaster area of Pennsylvania and in the Finger Lakes area of Upstate New York. The prices are much better than regular grocery stores. There's always the internet for purchasing bulk baking ingredients.

You can use any icing you like, but Cream cheese icing doesn't harden like the "pop tart" style icing she's using. It will also give this cookie a completely different taste

I tried your chocolate chip cookie recipe. Followed it to the exact. The cookies were tasteless. Too much flour . Made with 2 cups less flour and was flavorful and delicious.
