      It’s a great cardio especially during Coronavirus but I’m not sure what I did wrong, I seem to have hurt my lower back after doing this for a couple of days😭. P.s. I always only ran for cardio

    Here are some tips to get through this workout!
    Keep a bottle of water handy.
    Wash your face with cold water before you begin.
    Open a window or a fan to keep cool.
    Know that it is okay to take breaks.
    Mute the video and play your favorite songs.
    When you feel like giving up think of all the things you will achieve if you keep doing this workout.
    Don't take it too seriously.
    Do a ab work out to make you grateful on how much easier this is.
    Let your random thoughts float around your head, ( it makes the exercise go quicker ).
    When doing the exercise use your imagination to make the exercise more fun. Ex: When doing the foot work pretend you're jumping on a bunch of clouds in the air, and there are some evil people with jet packs chasing you.

    When you do mountain climbing, I recommend you to imagine that a lot of zombies is climbing the mountain below your butt. If you stop you’ll die.
    It helped me a lot.

    I decided to do this workout everyday for a week
    Day1: Really hard. I had to stop it a lot of times to get some rest.
    Day 2: A lot better. I did not stop the workout at frequently as yesterday.
    Day 3: Well, today i did not have the same motivation and I did not really feel it, but I still think my cardio is going to get better if I keep doing this workout. I paused a couple of times, but not as much as the first time I did the workout.
    Day 4: I’m so proud of myself. Today I only stopped it in the middle of the workout and for a minute.
    Day 5: pretty hard today. i was on my period and i couldn’t finish a single exercise without stopping. that’s okayyy!!! keeping myself motivated for tomorrow.
    Day 6: ok today was a lot better, and it actually reduced my cramps!! I also burned 20 more calories, based on my apple watch.
    Day 7: WOHOOOOO!!! Today i did pretty well, didn’t stop the workout and felt the burn! My period is a lot better today!

      I think cardio is also sooo dependent on how you're feeling that day! when running, sometimes I feel bomb and the next day I can barely do more than a mile haha. but I bet if you do this for a week you'll see some serious progress! :) xx

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

      I did the sazme thing. The sound of the water sloshing in my stomach alone was enough to make me want to stop lol

      @@Bluu_kat this happened to me when i was doing the juming jacks. something that helped the water stop sloshing around was tightening my abs like i was flexing them while i was doing the exercise. I'm not sure if it'll work for everyone, but it helped me

    Hey Maddie! Greetings from India! Thank God I found you. You are so realistic in the way you workout. You don't hide the fact that it's difficult to keep pushing and your physique is so inspiring. You are just perfect and so strong. I have seen so many UA-camrs who keep smiling and laughing through the workouts and that just annoys me. That's very fake for me. You go straight to the point without talking about other, unnecessary stuff and that, for me, is very important. Will keep doing your workouts. For some reason, your workouts have helped me reduce my lower backache and I am so thankful for that!

    I did the workout for two weeks straight for everyday (well kinda). Day 1:I actually felt ok today I paused a lot though which is normal I’m assuming. I had to stop during mountain climbers 2 times. Day 2: today was ok I stopped again for mountain climbers. Sorta the same as yesterday, maybe I’m just really out of shape. Day 3 I didn’t feel motivated today but I got myself up and did it. I didn’t have a lot of space because I was at my moms place and it’s really crowded.Day 4 today was good! I didn’t stop during the mountain climbers but I took a longer break in between the first and second session. Day5 I was sore today and I had trouble with the mountain climbers today again :( I only did the first session. Day6 I did the whole thing today and the mountain climbers were easier! Day7 I couldn’t do it today I had my sisters bridal shower and I was wiped out and didn’t feel up to it. Day8 I think it was good I took a break yesterday I felt really motivated to get back to the workout. It was easy even the mountain climbers! Day 9 everything was easy again I’m getting used to doing this. I haven’t seen and improvements in my appearance yet which gets me sad sometimes but I know all of this will pay off. However I do feel better mentally. I’ve been having better sleeps and going to bed earlier. I also feel less tired which is kind of weird. Day 10 Today was great it rained today so I wasn’t in the best mood. I’m never I a good mood on a rainy day. Anyways I’m going to start eating healthier too. I feel like maybe I’ll start seeing more results if I do. Day 11 Today was good I’m not getting sore anymore. I’m going shopping for healthy food today! Day12 asides from the mental feeling I’m actually starting to see changes very small but they are there! I feel really fresh and good inside. Day 13 I feel really good about what I ate today so I’m going to share it with you. For breakfast I had avocado toast with a fried egg and coffee. For lunch I made this vegetable grilled chicken pasta thing. Which might not have been the healthiest thing but it was from scratch so I feel like that’s better. After lunch I did the workout and the workout was easy. I think after this I’ll do a harder workout! For snack I had grapes and a granola bar and pretzels throughout the day. For dinner I had homemade chicken soup! And after dinner I had yogurt with berries. I’m going to start drinking more water and maybe I’ll say how that goes for an extended day. Day14 last day of the workout. I actually really liked doing the workout today I drank 10 cups of water today! I don’t really know what I usually drink but I think ten cups is better then whatever I was doing before! Also I’ve been doing planks with the workout and my stomachs has been tightening up little more! I’ve cut out sugar. I feel amazing! I’m going to keep up with this! Thanks so much for the workout! I’ll continue this as best as I can !

    Day 1: really hard. in round 2 I stopped multiple times.
    Day 2: it was hard and i’m really sore. stopped a few times.
    Day 3: starting to see some changes and I only stopped once!
    Day 4: i didn’t stop, slowly but surely it’s getting easier.
    Day 5: i’ve gotten used to it now and i only stopped once thoughtout the whole workout!
    Day 6: i can see some major changes on my back.
    Day 7: my stomach has gotten slimmer and i’m going to keep doing this for maybe a month!

    I used to be able to do this cardio easy but since I started focusing more on weights I have to start over! Definitely tough for the first time but I am sure it will get easier! Dont give up everyone!

    day 1: as an asthmatic, i found this really hard, i’m also a bit of a home body and don’t play sports. although i paused 4 times, i’m proud of how i went on my first go - my body is burning in the best way - and i can’t wait to see how far i go. :)
    day 2: found it harder today, not sure why, i guess it was a lack of motivation. I stopped more and felt more out of breath but i’m gonna keep this up each day for some improvements!!

    i've probably seriously worked out less times than i've travelled out of town in my 17 years of living. i am so extremely unfit. but today i made a vow to myself. i'm going to college in september, and i really want to prove to myself that i can make a habit and stick to it. so i'm doing 100 days of sweat. all i need to do is to workout until i swear, everyday. no matter how long it takes. 2 minutes or 2 hours. inspired by yes theory but using your youtube videos for the workouts. just did my first exercise using this video and i'm so proud of myself. hopefully i can keep it up for the next 100 days. wish me good luck please!

    I´ve never enjoyed working out as much as I do now :) thank you very much, you make it fun but also hard work. I´m actually trying to lose some weight not only because of my upcoming wedding (October 2020 but dress fitting will be around February/March) but also for me and for my partner so I would feel more comfortable in my body and be more proud of myself. I have gain a lot of weight during my studies so it´s really hard to eat less now and move more. But you make it so much fun and easy, so really thank you so so much. I will let you know my results. Just continue with your amazing workouts and great music.

You have helped me a lot to follow a workout routine and keep myself fit. Usually I would workout just because I needed too but now I do them because I want too.

    I love this as a yoga warm up! I've been trying to follow your other at home workouts but they are still a little challenging for me and I have to take soooo many rests! I'm excited to keep doing them and maybe I can follow along in a couple months! yay!

    I’m 16 and really skinny but still somewhat fit. I was bullied a lot over the years in school because of my weight. I’ve always played sports and I am always very energetic but due to my high metabolism it is very hard to gain weight. This is my first workout in a very long time and it has encouraged me to continue working out. Even though I was breathing heavily and wanted to quit at the second part of the workout I am proud of myself for keeping up and not giving up. Thank you.

    I’m going to start doing this during the forced stay at home order! I’ll try and update as much as I can, but not sure how it’s going to go 😂 wish me luck!
    Day 1 :
    Very hard, but felt good afterwards. I definitely feel like this will help me loose some body fat!
    Day 2 :
    Still hard, and I was kind of sore from yesterday, but I’m going to keep on doing it :)
    Day 3 :
    Woah... I felt that burn in my abs area today! The workout was much easier to do today than it was yesterday and the first day. I can feel it working already! I’ll keep on doing this workout daily so I can see my results. Can’t wait!
    Day 4:
    Definitely easier than the first three days! Still hard though, and I’m sweating like
    c r a z y 😂
    Day 4 1/2 :
    Not counting this as an official day because I skipped today. My family went on many bike rides/walks today and I’m super sore so I’m taking a break for today only. I’ll be back at it tomorrow!
    Day 5 :
    It’s gotten so much easier to do now! Although I’m still struggling and sweating like crazy 😂, it’s definitely waaaay better than the first 3-4 days.
    Pro tip - DO NOT drink water before doing the mountain climbers (oops I forgot what they are called... is that right? 😂)! It kills you and makes the workout so much harder :)
    Day 6 :
    Wow my stomach is burning! Today I did this workout, and her lower body ab workout. My stomach is on f i r e ! Definitely worth it! I can already see results from these first 6 days! My lower body fat has gone down and is not anywhere near as noticeable:)
    Day 6 1/2 :
    Had to sleep with my little brother last night so I wasn’t able to do the workout. Ready to do it tomorrow though!
    Day 7 :
    Still feeling that burn! The workout has definitely gotten waaaaay easier than in the beginning. I’m going to stop keeping track on this comment because it’s getting harder to keep up with. I’ll continue to do this workout and her and workout daily though! Wish me luck!

    doing this but only one round:
    day 1:✅did good, excited to do it tomorrow only bad thing is I’m out of breath and my stomach hurts.
    day 2:✅ proud of myself, super sweaty and out of breath
    day 3:✅ wow I really feel the burn today, my heart is racing. Proud of myself

    Loved this! So helpful. I am 40 pounds overweight and am dealing with heart issues. I found this doable and I feel great right now. Tomorrow may be a different story 😂.     This is a great workout, don't worry if you have to pause multiple times, once you can fully get through without stopping you will know you are becoming fitter, I passed out after and stopped multiple times, happy cardio!

    Day one: stopped a million times, felt weak, felt dizzy, out of breath a lot, almost quit but I kept going, heart was pounding tons and my ears felt weird.

    Day 1: I can feel the heart beat in my teeth.
    Day 2: Heart still beat in my teeth and i can’t feel my feet.
    Day 3: Still feel like shit but at least I can do al the workout without wonder who am i.
    Day 4: Proud of myself cause still comeback here and it’s not as hurt as the first day.
    Day 5: I can complete the first round without any pauses for the first time !!!!! Round 2 still a huge challenge for me since I can’t even finish it. But I look forward to see the improvement in the next 5 days.
    Day 6: Still strugle with 2nd round, but my heart is not beat in my teeth anymore.
