Can this hammer be made to run slower? Does it have a 50 Hertz motor?

How delicate can you forge with this? I’ve only used a 50kg air hammer and it could whack and it could planish (with some practise) how is that for these?

How loud is the 33/34 lb.? My shop is about 15x12 and all steel interior. I feel like this would be incredibly loud in there.

It is a 60 he motor. The video was sped up to show how you could draw down thicker stock without taking a long time to watch the video
