    Saurabh Garg started NoBroker in 2014 after being unable to find a house that didn't require him to pay brokerage on classifieds and rental platforms.
    He and Amit Kumar Agarwal and Akhil Gupta were inspired by how consumer internet platforms such as BookMyShow had eased movie ticketing and MakeMyTrip had eased travel booking.
    Founded in 2014, NoBroker is a Bangalore-based startup in the real estate search domain. It connects flat and property owners with tenants and buyers directly through its platform, thereby making buying, selling, and renting of properties more straightforward, transparent, and affordable.
    In this episode, we have discussed why startups fail and the things people don’t tell you about entrepreneurship. If you are interested in entrepreneurship, watch this episode till the end.

    I took a NoBroker paid plan to find a house, and the house which I rented was posted by a Broker to whom I ended up paying Brokerage.
    NoBroker pe bhi Brokers hai 😕

    Don't mention the iitian word I know they are special but it really demotivates ones who cannot have enrolled in iit or iim, this doesn't means that iitian or graduates of big universities can only dream or do big, each person has the same potential it is just about the hardwork. no hate💗

      People are just jealous of not having the iit/iim branding, No not everyone has the same potential.
      So people who do go to these institutions,can and should use the branding of theirs Institute, after all it is the hardwork they did to get to these Institutes .

      IIT and IIM no matter what ,they are the one's who initially tend to become successful as they have acces to smartest people, big brand, quality networks, etc. Whereas a person from normal college fails to have this so hardwork is the only he has to opt for.

      Hoping that subscription won't be charged same as brokerage amount. Subscription can be good if you are shifting on rent everytime.

    Oh you don’t have to be demotivated, even though he has graduated from IIM, his company still runs on poor value system, false promises, under delivery, zero customer satisfaction, false agreements, no accountability.
    This is my personal experience paying for the services that they have not delivered yet. And I have other many families that unfortunately tied with them at the same time. Anyone from his local designer to the regional manager have no accountability and have no responsibility. They all play shift the blame game and at the end the consumer is left with no solution. They push people to go through the legal attorney route to get what is lawfully promised to us when they took out money and didn’t deliver.

    These founder guys are smooth talkers. Buying a property thru broker is not bad as they help reduce the price on buyer's behalf by much bigger amount than 1% brokerage fee.
    Have seen price quoted on nobroker is higher, that compensates for 1% brokerage fee.
    Anyways...

    No broker itself is a broker company.
    Once you list your property on the website, they call you for taking their package and against the package they will provide you the clients.

    No broker is game changer in the real estate scene of India. Issue with the broker is they have monopoly in the areas and for buying/ renting you will have to pay them. Apart from this broker plays many mind games with the flat buyers and sellers nobroker has sorted these things for both seller and buyer and they can negotiate with reach other and sort things out without any manipulation. Even for the brokerage broker use to ask for some specific % and they use to not even negotiable single rupee in that, but now due to existence of nobroker they are ready to negotiate on that part as well.

    no broker useless, when you post your add immediately they call to sell their products, bombarded with their calls/msgs. if you dont take their product your property listing will be in the degraded in listing search and location wll be messed. if you take their relationship manager then they are sitting somewhere in karnataka and renting property explaining somewhere in mumbai to customer doesnt work so eventually customer need to contact owner only.

    The ad posted in Nobroker is not active even after 25 days. Raised this issue but their technical support team could not fix the issue even after 1 month. It’s hard to believe a company of your size, giving ad almost every marketing channel (TV, social media etc.) does not have a competent engineer who can resolve the issue in a justifiable timeline. What is the guarantee that the same underperformance will not be exhibited in your other services?

    Now this is Goglapan! Nobroker is the biggest broker! They are quite active in Bangalore Real Estate & take good commissions & brokerage from builders. Don’t they charge Instalment charges of 15 days? How are they not charging brokerage?

    Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months , and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

    Yes brokers empower you to find a right place with indepth information our business is service realestate industry you spend money as comission not going from buyer or seller which is inbuilt in the price nobody at loss the price appreciation for seller and nego buyer get best price who is loosing in the game sell with integrity and take money rest we give all services with out comission and help others to grow why should we take commission for decorating the house don't pay us we only help you to get best people and demand best price for our customers when we sat no comission our vendors feel happy customer feel happy don't charge for iddli but chutney we charge ultimately this is not free service when a service provider is given and take service charge nobroker comission what this means.

    They are shattered and completely broke all funds are blown away in swanky 5-star suites to host clients but none came and their 8300 cr valuation with 166 cr gross profit in FY'22 their net profit was - 189.8 cr. Feel pity for investors who tried to be hero are zero now

    When me and my friends or colleagues were finding flats in mumbai none of these apps even helped. Brokers hi kaam me aye.
    Like Uber gives advertisement that even in rainy season it works (recent wala advertisement of a woman carrying baby) but in reality in mumbai koi uber, ola in raining times kam nahi karta..
