SIMPLE MOIST CARROT CAKE RECIPE. Healthy Carrot Cake, Ideal for breakfast.

Ingredients.
~1cup grated carrots
~2 eggs
~ 1/2 cup supar
~ 1/3 cup cooking oil
~1/3 cup milk
~ 1 tsp Vanilla essence
~ 1 cup all purpose flour
~1/2 tsp baking powder
~1/2 tsp baking soda
~1/2 tsp cinnamon
-Start by preheating your oven for 15 minutes at 180•
-Whisk eggs and sugar until foamy
-Add in milk, cooking oil and vanilla essence and mix until well combined
-Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and mix using the folding method until everything is well combined
-Add in your grated carrots and fold into the butter.
-line your baking tin with parchment paper or butter and pour in your cake mixture.
- bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 15 minutes before serving
