    Do not overlook the value of consistent/repetitive work that a simple exercise with a very specific intent can do for you. These 3 exercises can help A LOT of people!

    This feels promising . . . my shoulder has been hurting me for over 6 months since I replaced the differential gears on my Jeep and Ive tried *every exercise in the book* and this one feels challenging but does not make it worse a few hours later and I have piles of these bands and can use the thicker red band. The exercises I did for shoulder impingement few years ago has not been working but it is a lot better than it was 6 months ago. Dr said it might take 3 months so I'm not sure he knew just what was causing the pain. I might have missed the part about how many times a day to do this as I was already trying it before I got through the video.
    And thanks for putting all three exercises in the one screen . . . I did a screen capture so I can see all three at once.
