Thank you it was very informative. Yet, I would like to see more material for older individuals with insidious°enerative onset, who very often decide to go with surgery. The recovery after the procedure for some patients is fast and for some very slow with the rehab. I noticed that it is also depends on the surgeon.

Greg, thanks very much for the video.
Can you please do a video on degenerative meniscus tears?

Excellent... So if I have aggravation from being on my knees and sitting back full weight on the knee (max flexion) you would think more posterior/medial injury in that scenario? 40 years of hockey and the right knee occassionally flares up medially and is hard to extend. Usually goes away in a week or two and I can return to most activities until the next flare up when max flexion is encountered under my body weight! Thanks again!

Thanks for this video man! I'm playing back on the court after getting pain in the meniscus but able to push through and reach plyometrics already during our current season. Being middle aged, the recovery is a bit hard even games are 1 week apart. During the week I usually do iso, load, and range of motion every Mon-Wed then I do more plymetrics and jumping sets Thurs-Sat, then games are on Sundays. I feel like it's working but do you think I can skip the iso/loading and just do plymetrics every week for the rest of the season? Or the loading is necessary every week?

I'd keep loading weekly. The volume that you are potentially doing could be manipulated though
