    Nice salad. According to Ayurveda, millets seeds need to be soaked. As stated by Nilambari Pisat too.

    Butter and Olive Oil - you should look into health studies about how Processed Oil causes Obesity and Overweight. Our body is physically not adapted to this kind of processed oils in this pure form. Healthy Oils would be in things like Avocados, Whole Olives, Nuts (Especially Walnuts Omega3), Hempseeds (good amount of Omega 3 Fats), Pumpkin Seads but better if not salty because Pumpkin by itself has alot of sodium, it dehydrates your body and having it with even more salt is not the best option for us and Flax Seeds (Best Omega3 Fat ratio - which helps with reducing and fighting inflammation in the body) Thanks for the ideas tho! Lovely and fresh ingredients

    It is absolutely necessary to soak the millets for atleast 6 to 8 hours before cooking. Your ideas are good. The execution could have been better.

    Witch millet plz name

  • @nilambaripisat2465
    @nilambaripisat2465 4 роки тому +6

    Millets need to be soaked for minimum of 8 hrs to get full benefit. It has high fibre content. Please take into consideration of correct instructions of how particular ingredient is to be used. Your recipes are good but when you are teaching it to masses please please do your research and teach them the right way to use them. Food can be very powerful as medicines so it is very important to use it in a correct form. Please refer to Dr. Kader Valli’s online pdf book for do’s and dont’s of Millet.

    Great cooking lessons. But you should not be cooking healthy milletbin unhealthy non stick vessels, which are for sure not good for absorption in the stomach with micro particles of the month stock material which us bad for health. Next time, please cook in cast iron or stainless steel or copper vessels.
