potato boiled cubes 1 cup
chickpeas boiled 1 cup
pasta boiled 1 cup
2. Minty Chickpea Salad
chickpeas boiled 1 cup
cucumber 1/2 cup
onion 1/2 cup
tomato 1/2 cup
green chili crushed or paste 1 tbsp
mint leaves crushed 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp or to taste
fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp
cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
yogurt 2 tbsp
3. Creamy Chicken Thousand Island Salad.
mayonnaise 3/4 cup
ketchup 1/4 cup
cream 2 tbsp
salt to taste
black pepper 1/2 tsp
chicken boiled shredded 1/2 cup
apple 1 cup
cucumber 1/2 cup
capsicum 1/4 cup
carrot grated 1/4 cup
pineapple 1/2 cup
pasta boiled 1 cup
pineapple juice 2 tbsp
4. Russian Salad
mayonnaise 3/4 cup
cream 2 tbsp
powder sugar 2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
pineapple juice 2 tbsp
pineapple chunks 1 cup
carrot 1 large boiled
potato 1 boiled
peas boiled 1/2 cup
apples 2
raisins soaked 2 tbsp
macaroni boiled 1 cup (optional)
cabbage 1/2 cup
boiled chickpeas or red beans 1/2 cup
sweet corns 1/4 cup
5. Green Spaghetti Salad.
green chilies 2
some fresh coriander leaves
some fresh mint leaves
salt little bit
water 2 tbsp
spaghetti boiled 1/2 pack drizzle 1 tbsp oil
6. Coleslaw Salad
mayonnaise 1/4 cup
cream 2 tbsp
powder sugar 1 tsp or to taste
white pepper 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
carrot grated 1/4 cup
cabbage grated 1/2 head
