Hi Kayla! I’ve been doing just that. I’ve been building relationships with some of the signing services that I’ve been working with. Since December I’ve done close to 200 signings. I am doing really really well thank God. I still don’t have the nerve to go to Title Company ‘s. As confident as I am in myself in the way I carry myself I still don’t have the confidence to try to sell myself to this title company and go in direct. I appreciate the Signing Services Of America so much from them and I feel like I’m ready to go to direct but like I said I don’t know what’s missing that I just can’t get myself to do it

Omg! That happened to me today. One of my regular companies called me to do a signing that the original notary canceled last minute. I told them to pay me my normal fee. Once I went to close the order out, I noticed they added an additional $30 to my fee.

Thank you for all your videos. I’m in the real estate agent course right now in Phoenix and this will be such a great extra stream of income for me and my family. I’ve been unemployed because of COVID for a year now. I had a high risk pregnancy and my son was born in December. I was out of work due to restaurant shutdowns and was advised to quarantine in September when they fully reopened by my OB. We just moved here from Florida and I’m so excited to start 2 new careers!

You asked me to let you know when I did my first signing I will let you know I had a refi on Feb 2nd it took me 2 hrs to do it was over 180 pages and client had questions I couldn't answer and kids kept interrupting us. The only bad thing is I lost my son on Feb 3rd a drunk driver killed my son I haven't been able to get back out there to my emotional status..hopefully soon as God permits. Again thank you
Oh my gosh, Iris. My heart is absolutely shattered for you. I can't imagine the grief you feel after losing your son. Take your time to grieve, heal, and remember your son. I will be praying for you and your family.

Question for ya: What is the purpose of the Dual-tray printer? Do we get the entire loan documents via PDF from the FI, then print them out to sign later? Also, is this a mobile printer of a printer for our office at home?
a dual tray printer is recommended because loan packets usually come with both letter and legal size paper in one file. so it is a little easier to print and more convenient with a dual tray...a single tray would require you to change out the paper every time you have to switch between the different size paper. also, the loan documents will either be uploaded onto a portal...emailed or mailed to you. if you receive documents via your computer then you would print out a copy to be signed and a copy for the signers. and if you are in the beginning stages of your business then a mobile printer is not necessary. but if you decide you want to grow your business ..then maybe a mobile printer is right for you.

I never signed a no compete clause but I also never marketed to direct offices that I had found through SS!
