As a signing agent you call them up and they do not even bother talking to you and yet these same people have their on fire trying to close loans and they need the signing agent. The industry needs to held to the fire to improve communication with new signing agents and should do more outreach.

And I tell them the pen is a small gift from me and if they know of anyone that need my services, my information is on the pen. "I'M IN IT TO WIN IT"

Hello Tammy. There is no set fee schedule for Notary Signing Agents who perform loan document signing assignments. Each Signing Agent must negotiate their own fees based on their business expenses, the companies they work with, travel and time required for assignments, and the demand for services in their area.
I live in NYC and here the fee for a notary's service is $2.00 per shot, a notary tried to rip me off by telling me she charges $3.00 per shot so I left but never reported her; where could I have reported her and what would happen to her for her dishonesty?
