Ok! So I am well near the end of my 3rd week doing this. I am obese and have a pear-shaped body, I have been doing this workout alongwith other of Lucy's workouts. Changes I felt; 1. Increased flexibility 2. Increased stamina when I walk, I used to get tired a lot 3. I can definitely see the real shape of my legs but as I am obese with massive thighs it will take longer-but I think according to my body type I think I am seeing the change 4. When I walk I feel I can put my legs together (closer than when I started) So yeah! I think this works well. Will keep doing it as long as I can along with Lucy's other workouts.
@@anilgupta7927 actually it depends on how you feel comfortable. Without air conditioning or a fan you will sweat a lot. But in some places it's hotter than others and it is not a good idea in my opinion to over-heat your body. So what I suggest it that you do your workouts either out doors where there is natural air or in a room where you have an air source. Such as an AC or fan.
Last year my thigh was 27 inches. I did this exercise for 7 days last week and my thigh size dropped to 25 inches!!!! My legs look slimmer and longer! So YES THIS WORKS! show up people, as Lucy says get that pen, tick it off!!! I am now doing day 15 of this workout!!!!
@@ojalkosle5358 i have the same problems i eat too many carbs, cause that’s the only thing my parents cook but i think you should be fine but if you’re too worried cut down the portions
Did you eat normal and how much a day did you do of this workout and how long did it take for you to get you’re thigh gap maybe you already had skinny thighs
@@lisavanderizan6330 I did it only once a day..and to be honest did not follow any strict diet..I always went off track and did indulge alot.. The key is consistency..I did it for about a month..but not everyday...to finally surprise myself one day! Also this wasn't the only workout I did..I combined it with cardio/jump rope... As I mentioned..i wasn't doing this every single day..but most of the days in the week.. And no..I never had skinny thighs..I was always insecure about how my legs look.. I encourage you to definitely try this one out!!
@@lisavanderizan6330 I still do this workout..it's been 3 months now..to maintain the shape!! But as I said..I can't make it everyday..though it's only 7 minutes..so don't lose hope if you skip few days..get back on track!💕
I can confirm this works. I lost a half inch off the top of my thighs and a full inch off the bottom. I can actually feel the difference when I sit or walk. I'm going to continue with this. :)
Hey everybody. when I started doing this workout I felt very insecure of how my legs looked but after a week into this I felt instantly better . no there were no immediate improvements but I felt comfortable in my own body and after 2 weeks I got a thigh gap and my legs were more toned and fit . hey trust me blindly and do this for a week. good luck !
@@apoorvakatare4803 my first week I didn't see much result but my legs did hurt a lot but around the end of the second week I got a thigh cap and my leg was looking more toned. Also skip daily , it works magic! Goodluck!!!!!
itta barr no I actually had pretty big thighs. I don’t know how else to explain it but it genuinely works. I saw results (vivid ones) in about a month. You have to keep doing this daily. It’s really doesn’t take that long
I’ve been doing this for 5 days and today my mom, who doesn’t know about this, told me that I’ve been loosing weight. So needless to say, its definitely effective ☺️
I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks now and guys... THIS WORKS! I have naturally big tights and by doing this daily and not really changing my diet I've lost about 3 cm of tight fat. I feel much more stronger, can walk longer distances without getting tired. Its magic. To anybody new here.. Don't ever give up. I did this workout for one month. When I started, my thighs were 26.5 inches. After one month, it measured 20 inches. This workout really works.👍👌 Thank you Lucy💕
I have just finished day 5 and OMG! This works! I have struggled with my upper thighs for years and nothing ever seemed to work. I combined this workout with the “muffin top” challenge for a good, hardcore workout and they’re working! Both these workouts seem to target both areas in one workout.
Long story short - This works. I did it for 7 days and my tight pjs are now loose on me. My thighs have become tighter and I think I'll come back to this after 1-2 weeks of other challenges.
Proxy Candice Hey. So I have done this challenge once last year and once this year so far. I did not go back to this particular one as promised but I have been generally active and my legs have been in a good shape. The gains made through this haven't been lost atleast for me. And no, it made my legs leaner. There was no bulking.
Hello! 😛 I currently way anywhere between 145-160 pounds . I'm A little insecure considering im only 13 😐 and plus my mom is 20 years older than me and shes only 180. I'm gonna attempt to do this work out until school starts or maybe ill stop a bit sooner. I wanna loose atleast 3 inches off each thigh. School starts Aug 15th . I highly highly highly recommend her workouts. I have went down from 76 to 58 kgs in 6 months. I do belly, full body and leg workout everyday sometimes twice in a week but mostly once. I also eat in calorie deficit. But I can tell u one thing do them. Thye are a magic to get your dream body ❤️❤️
Edit: So many people have accused me of lying because, even though there was seven days accounted for, there was no "Edited" word in the corner of the post. Please stop! I wrote everything down in a journal before I posted it, which means that it looks kinda shady, but everything I said is true. Day 1: It was kind of tiring, but afterwards, REALLY rewarding! I was skeptical, slightly. Bit DON'T BE! BC IT WORKS! Day 2: Less tiring, face was less red and sweaty at the end. Day 3: Really Awsome moment. My mom noticed that my thighs looked better, AND......my skinny jeans were lose! Day 4: The workout is steadily becoming easier! Day 5: I have a thigh gap! Pants are looser. Day 6: Thigh gap is bigger, workout is easier, pants are looser! Day 7: All I can say is, I GOT AMAZING RESULTS AND YOU WILL TOO!
I completed my 7 days today! I've lost 3 inches on my waist and 2 on my tummy! Still got a long way to go but im proud of myself for starting my journey :D
OMG!!! Been doing this for only 5 consecutive days now.... lost a half inch off each thigh! These moves tightened up those muscles that had gone soft over time (I'm 57, and have a desk job). Lucy, thank you for your videos - you are FABULOUS!!!
guys i’ve been doing this for a little over a week now and it literally works?? no thigh slimming workout has ever worked for me but this one does. please please please try it!
I'm going to do this for 7 days and update how my days went later. Day 1: ✔ It was alright, I'm 'kinda' sweating, but not that much. Day 2: ✔ It felt easier today! I also did 30 mins of cycling too. Day 3:✔ I did it again, and I think I'm actually noticing some differences!! They are only very tiny changes, but my calves look slightly slimmer. No difference on my thighs just yet. If there us a difference, I can't see it. Day 4: ✔ I'm noticing a difference on my thighs as well! Really happy! Day 5: 🚫 I was really busy today, and I didn't have the time. Day 6: ✔ Really happy! Noticing great changes! Also, when I used to go up the stairs, they would creak a bit, now they hardly creak at all Day 7: ✔ Last day!!! I think there's a VERY tiny thigh gap too!! My stomach and arms are actually a little slimmer too! All in all, if you are thinking about doing this, then DO IT! I lost around 1-2 inches. It is not a waste of your time, I PROMISE! And don't give up!!
Did this for a month a few years ago and lost 10 lbs, then became pregnant! back to these videos and I am seeing amazing results once more. Love these videos so much.

I trust this woman with all my heart. Period I did this along with her other 7 min workouts (belly, love handles and arms) and lost 2 inches in literally a week. After that I didn't get time to workout. So I'm starting again from today

I lost 5 kgs about 11 pounds after 3 weeks of consistently following this workout routine. I hope to lose more soon. This has increased my stamina and flexibility a lot.
I’ve been doing this for like 4 days, I’m feeling so much better. I’ve been doing 7 days to lose belly fat workout too, arm workouts (3 mins + 4mins) back fat workout , Stubborn belly workout. These workouts I’m doing for like 3 weeks you could say. Except this leg one. Started 4 days ago as mentioned before. All are of Lucy’s and I’m feeling soo motivated. I won’t stop anytime soon. This is fantastic, we don’t even need to spend money at the gym. I started walking around 3km a day last week, and I’ll start doing these exercises plus the video on belly fat loss as well - let’s hope I see results! We got this 💪🏼💪🏼

I have completed the challenge and lost 1.5cm off my thighs. 7 minutes a day for a week! I can feel the muscles building on my legs. Totally recommend it. I'll start another challenge by Lucy tomorrow.
I used to do this workout everyday before I got pregnant and as a result it helped me have a healthy pregnancy and delivery. After I had my baby I didn’t feel good about my body anymore and couldn’t even bare to look at myself in the mirror. With a busy family and work life it’s hard to fit exercise in. However I am back to doing this exercise video and am starting to feel better about myself. As it’s only 7 mins it’s perfect to fit into my schedule. Thank you for this amazing workout that does make a difference if you stick to it and eat healthier. I’ll be back again tomorrow xx
I started two days ago I need to lose 2 stone in 3 months, I’m doing this challenge and another one of Lucy’s for my waist, I’m doing the excercises twice a day, I’ll let you know if there is a difference at the end of week two x Update No inches lost yet but my flexibility has increase, the more times I do it the more impact the workouts have had. I’m going to be trying the pear shape workout as I feel that one may work better for my current body type. Keep up the good work guys.

I have done this workout for three days now I already see a difference. I notice a small thigh gap which I have never had in my life before . You will notice differences since day one only . Gonna complete till day 7 and then tell y'all . Till now what I have seen , definitely recommended. 💕

In morning I did lily sabri's 10 days hourglass challenge and 25-30 minutes pilate workouts ....in the evening I did this video and lucy's 7 day arm workout. And I included walking for 2 hours .
@@Gladiator-wn1mj no I didn't follow any hard diet . Just controlling binge eating and consumption of a lot of snacks. Try to add protein more in diet.

Day 1 done! Thickest part of my leg 63,above the knee 45 Day 2 done: muscles were hurting in the morning! Heartbeat is increasing, getting a bit sweaty. I’m also doing belly fat workout (also day 2) Day 3 done! I was unenthusiastic, but moves are getting easier Day 4 done. Exercises are getting easier, but I might me doing something wrong.. Day 5 done! Feel good, exercise seem perfectly suitable. But I am not sure about even 1 inch.. Day 6 done. I’m not going to get results Day 7 hasn’t done it in the morning, but I’ve made a long walk. My leg is 60-61!!!! I’m shocked! Above the knee is still 45. I will don the workout before going to bed today! I will continue!👍 I will do another workout for 7 next day and then get back)
I've try the belly slimming home workout before. It's work!! I do about 2 weeks. My trousers were loosen at waist part, and my friends told me that I look like loss weight than before without I telling her that I do home workout. But, I've stop doing that and I regret now. So I want to start over. This time, I will do it extra. Belly slimming home workout (part 1) and I mix with legs slimming work out. Sometimes, I add arm slimming home workout too. I hope it's works again this time. Pray for me guys!!! Start: 12 June. Current thighs measure: 31 inch. Current waist measure: 43.8 inch. Current arm measure: 17.1 inch. After a week, i'll update. I did this with 2 other thigh workouts plus a bottle of water after exercising and a 30-40 minute walk everyday. Day one: ✓ One time. Day two: My thighs are a little sore, but other than that I am fine. ✓ One time. Day three: *PAIN PAIN PAIN.* I was pretty sore today, but I made it through. ✓ One time. Day four: I feel much better, although I'm still a little bit sore. ✓ One time. Day five: I skipped today, had online tutoring. ✗ Still went for a walk. Day six: ✓ One time. I'm finding it easier to keep up with the exercises! Day seven: ✓ One time! Can see a small amount of change! I think I'm going to do this until school starts, which is for another 1.5 months! Day eight: I was tired today, for some reason, but I pulled through. ✓ One time. Day nine: ✓ One time. Day ten: ✓ One time.
Lucy's workouts work....I was weighing in at 177lbs and I went down to 162 in three months working out every other day. I am picking it up again because the mistake I made was I stopped because I had lost the weight, then I gained and am now at 187. Due to eating heavier foods, I will be going back to healthier eating and have started exercising...I've come to the realization that I will have to do exercise for the remainder of my life....sounds daunting but I am older now and I guess that's life!
Lucy you are SUPER!!! I started this two days ago, but I'll give you updates as I do this :) So I'm 5'5, 160 pounds(although ever since I've been working out, it's been fluctuating from 168 to 158) and I'm thirteen. I'm also doing the waist workout along with this one. Day 1: I can easily get through the workout. Nothing, obviously. Starting day. Day 2: Nothing really. The same as yesterday Day 3: Once again, nothing at all. Day 4: I'm...thinner I think. Exercise becoming easier Day 5: I actually am a lot thinner than normal!!!! My avg. weight is about 164, although, my mom told me to not expect to lose too much weight since I'm building muscle at the same, and because muscle weighs more than fat. Super satisfied so far!! (I'll keep you posted!!)
Starting this today. Beginning measurements are 24.5 inches top of thigh and 16.5 inches above knee. Mostly for my records so dont mind me lol. Happy glow time everyone!
I mean, my thighs are burning a little.. Day 1: Complete Day 2: Complete Day 3: Complete Day 4: Complete Notes: I think my legs slimed down by 1 or 2 centimetres. Day 5: Complete Day 6: Complete Day 7: Complete Notes: In conclusion, I lost about 2-3 centimetres on my legs just by doing this workout for 7 days. I will continue doing this workout. I've lost about 6 pounds doing just this workout. I never really get to choose what I eat because I still love with my parents so I think this workout really helps me a lot. This is my 4th day on this and I am really proud of myself because i lost some inches but I want to thank Lucy and most of all God..... He has giving me motivation and also a BIG thanks to Lucy. Been reading all the comments and apparently this works so now i’m motivated to do it, really insecure about my thighs and no matter what i do the fat just won’t go so i’m going to do this 2 times a day with full body hit so yess! (here are my results, bare in mind i have been doing hiit classes on top of this) start: thighs: 20.5 inches grrr day 1: 5K walk, and did the exercises 2 times, don’t see a difference so far :) day 2: 5k walk and did the exercises twice i see a very small difference, legs were aching a lot after yesterday :) day 3: Exercises twice and had hockey training, slowly slimming down but i feel better in myself :) day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: week 2 :)
For the stomach 7 day 7 min workout: 68.5 cm - 62 cm For this 7 day 7 min workout: 41.5 cm - 37.5 cm My starting measurements where small because I’m only 12 (turning 13) and I’m already a normal sized child. I’m really happy with my results and thank you Lucy! Xx
I'll keep y'all updated :) Day 1: It got really hard towards the end, but I also did do some of Lucy's workouts previoulsy before this. I also did all of this in the morning and planning to take a walk later tonight. I don't see any difference yet, but I feel very energized and refreshed

I was skeptical at first, but I did this for a few weeks, my thighs slimmed down significantly and got a thigh gap! -it’s been a few months since I’ve done it and the results have lasted. She’s awesome-just do it you won’t regret it

I'm gonna do this challenge and update here.( With measurements in centimeters). I like my curves. But I've got really bulky calves with a slim upper body. So it makes me look disproportionate. I want to become more confident and comfortable in my own skin. So I'm starting this challenge Day 1 - ✅ It hurts a lot in my inner thighs. By the last exercise, i was panting so much. Above Thighs- 56.5(L) , 57(R) Mid thigh (50.5 both) Above knees - 42(L) , 41.5 (R) Calves - 38,39 Below calves - 35 both legs. Day 2 - ✅ It hurt a bit in my inner thigh muscles when I woke up today, the third exercise was really tough for me.😶 Still, completed it . And I also did Lucy's pear shaped body workout for the lower body. I have reduced my rice intake since yesterday and I've been drinking 3 litres of water. I also drink warm water with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar when I wake up and I didn't eat anything after 7 pm yesterday. Above thighs- 56.5 cm each Mid Thigh - 49 each Above knees- 41 each Calves - 38(L) ,37(R) Below calves - 35, 34.5 I know there is some difference, but it can still be error in measurement.. So I'll wait a few days more before getting really excited. P.S- I have never lost significant weight from my legs. I'll update tomorrow. Day 3 - ✅ Hurts less... I can feel the flexibility a bit. The last exercise is the hardest for me. Above thighs- 55.5 (L) , 56.5 (R) Mid thighs - 49, 48 Above knees - 41 each Calves- 37 each Below calves - 34.5, 34cm Day 4- ✅ Done ( couldn't measure) Did the pear shaped body routine too in the evening. Day -5 ✅ It's getting easier guys!! I can touch my feet standing up without my knees bending and hold the position for a while. Above Thighs- 55.5(L) , 56(R) Mid thigh (48,47) Above knees - 40.5(L) , 40 (R) Calves - 38, 37 Below calves - 34 each. I can definitely see a bit difference now. So, happy :)😬 Day 6- ✅ Above thighs- 56, 55.5cm Mid Thigh- 47.5 Above knees- 40.5 , 41 Calves - 37each Below calves- 34 Day 7- skipped Day 8- ✅ Above thighs- 55cm each Mid Thigh- 47cm Above knees- 40.5 , 40.5 Calves - 36.5 each. This workout really slim your legs not just legs but it also helps lessen the thigh fat. Its easy to follow and very effective workout. When i tried tried this one after 7 day workout i lost 1.3 inches on my thigh and my legs becomes slimmer too. I am very happy with the results. here’s my progress with this (plus other workouts) Sunday: ✅ I got a lil tired but that’s normal for starting a new workout Monday: ✅ I felt a lil soreness in my upper thigh, which is good ! I was a lil tired again but less than yesterday. So far I see that my thighs look a lil tighter and less jiggly than usual (I know that sounds weird but it’s what I see😭) Tuesday: ✅ I felt a lil less tired today, I don’t really see a change in my thighs but I definitely got more flexible. I noticed that I was kicking higher in the high leg kicks and stayed that height the entire minute. Cool! Wednesday: ✅ I still don’t see a really significant difference other than they look smaller in my sweatpants. I’m still gonna keep going for afew weeks and see how smaller my thighs get. Thursday: ✅ I wasn’t that tired, I kinda just did the workout then went back to relaxing Friday: ✅ I noticed that my legs are a tiny bit smaller near my hip area, it’s getting a tiny more toned and shaped like my hip so it’s less like that dipped shape yk? Saturday: ✅ I finished this workout with a 15 minute jump roping session. After this 7 day workout I noticed that.. • my thighs are a little more toned with my hips • I can actually feel my legs together more than I used to • my butt seem more lifted and a tiny bit bigger • if I looked really closely, I could see teeny tiny thigh gap • I was more flexible ! • I got less tired going up and down the stairs, and less tired running around overall this workout did a lot for 7 minutes every day! I’ll keep doing this along with other workouts and update in afew weeks❤️

Ok! So I am well near the end of my 3rd week doing this. I am obese and have a pear-shaped body, I have been doing this workout alongwith other of Lucy's workouts. Changes I felt;
1. Increased flexibility
2. Increased stamina when I walk, I used to get tired a lot
3. I can definitely see the real shape of my legs but as I am obese with massive thighs it will take longer-but I think according to my body type I think I am seeing the change
4. When I walk I feel I can put my legs together (closer than when I started)
So yeah! I think this works well. Will keep doing it as long as I can along with Lucy's other workouts.

Hey..I have a question..does it necessary to do workout without ac or fan..or is it totally to workout with fan or ac
@@anilgupta7927 actually it depends on how you feel comfortable. Without air conditioning or a fan you will sweat a lot. But in some places it's hotter than others and it is not a good idea in my opinion to over-heat your body. So what I suggest it that you do your workouts either out doors where there is natural air or in a room where you have an air source. Such as an AC or fan.

@@lisavanderizan6330 I did it only once a day..and to be honest did not follow any strict diet..I always went off track and did indulge alot..
The key is consistency..I did it for about a month..but not everyday...to finally surprise myself one day!
Also this wasn't the only workout I did..I combined it with cardio/jump rope...
As I mentioned..i wasn't doing this every single day..but most of the days in the week..
And no..I never had skinny thighs..I was always insecure about how my legs look..
I encourage you to definitely try this one out!!

I can confirm this works. I lost a half inch off the top of my thighs and a full inch off the bottom. I can actually feel the difference when I sit or walk. I'm going to continue with this. :)

I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks now and guys... THIS WORKS! I have naturally big tights and by doing this daily and not really changing my diet I've lost about 3 cm of tight fat. I feel much more stronger, can walk longer distances without getting tired. Its magic. To anybody new here.. Don't ever give up. I know it might be hard in the beginning but it really gets easier ,trust me. Sending y'all some love and motivation!! 💪❤️💪

I have just finished day 5 and OMG! This works! I have struggled with my upper thighs for years and nothing ever seemed to work. I combined this workout with the “muffin top” challenge for a good, hardcore workout and they’re working! Both these workouts seem to target both areas in one workout.

I did not go back to this particular one as promised but I have been generally active and my legs have been in a good shape. The gains made through this haven't been lost atleast for me. Edit: So many people have accused me of lying because, even though there was seven days accounted for, there was no "Edited" word in the corner of the post. Please stop! I wrote everything down in a journal before I posted it, which means that it looks kinda shady, but everything I said is true.
Day 1: It was kind of tiring, but afterwards, REALLY rewarding! I was skeptical, slightly. Bit DON'T BE! BC IT WORKS!
Day 2: Less tiring, face was less red and sweaty at the end.
Day 3: Really Awsome moment. My mom noticed that my thighs looked better, AND......my skinny jeans were lose!
Day 4: The workout is steadily becoming easier!
Day 5: I have a thigh gap! Pants are looser.
Day 6: Thigh gap is bigger, workout is easier, pants are looser!

I used to do this workout everyday before I got pregnant and as a result it helped me have a healthy pregnancy and delivery. After I had my baby I didn’t feel good about my body anymore and couldn’t even bare to look at myself in the mirror. With a busy family and work life it’s hard to fit exercise in. However I am back to doing this exercise video and am starting to feel better about myself. As it’s only 7 mins it’s perfect to fit into my schedule. Thank you for this amazing workout that does make a difference if you stick to it and eat healthier. I’ll be back again tomorrow xx

In morning I did lily sabri's 10 days hourglass challenge and 25-30 minutes pilate workouts ....in the evening I did this video and lucy's 7 day arm workout. And I included walking for 2 hours .

Day 2 done: muscles were hurting in the morning! Heartbeat is increasing, getting a bit sweaty. I’m also doing belly fat workout (also day 2)

Day 5 done! Feel good, exercise seem perfectly suitable. But I am not sure about even 1 inch..

I've try the belly slimming home workout before. It's work!! I do about 2 weeks. My trousers were loosen at waist part, and my friends told me that I look like loss weight than before without I telling her that I do home workout. But, I've stop doing that and I regret now. So I want to start over.
This time, I will do it extra. Belly slimming home workout (part 1) and I mix with legs slimming work out. Sometimes, I add arm slimming home workout too. I hope it's works again this time. Pray for me guys!!!

I did this with 2 other thigh workouts plus a bottle of water after exercising and a 30-40 minute walk everyday.
Day one: ✓ One time.
Day two: My thighs are a little sore, but other than that I am fine. ✓ One time.
Day three: *PAIN PAIN PAIN.* I was pretty sore today, but I made it through. ✓ One time.
Day four: I feel much better, although I'm still a little bit sore. ✓ One time.
Day five: I skipped today, had online tutoring. ✗ Still went for a walk.
Day six: ✓ One time. I'm finding it easier to keep up with the exercises!
Day seven: ✓ One time! Can see a small amount of change!
I think I'm going to do this until school starts, which is for another 1.5 months!
Day eight: I was tired today, for some reason, but I pulled through. ✓ One time.

Hassna Kch Cardio helps to lose fat and this video helps to tone more than lose the fat I think. Cardio + toning exercises = slim thighs.

Lucy's workouts work....I was weighing in at 177lbs and I went down to 162 in three months working out every other day. I am picking it up again because the mistake I made was I stopped because I had lost the weight, then I gained and am now at 187. Due to eating heavier foods, I will be going back to healthier eating and have started exercising...I've come to the realization that I will have to do exercise for the remainder of my life....sounds daunting but I am older now and I guess that's life!
Lucy you are SUPER!!! I started this two days ago, but I'll give you updates as I do this :)
So I'm 5'5, 160 pounds(although ever since I've been working out, it's been fluctuating from 168 to 158) and I'm thirteen. I'm also doing the waist workout along with this one.
Day 1: I can easily get through the workout. Nothing, obviously. Starting day.
Day 2: Nothing really. The same as yesterday
Day 3: Once again, nothing at all.
Day 4: I'm...thinner I think. Exercise becoming easier
Day 5: I actually am a lot thinner than normal!!!! My avg. weight is about 164, although, my mom told me to not expect to lose too much weight since I'm building muscle at the same, and because muscle weighs more than fat. Super satisfied so far!!

Starting this today. Beginning measurements are 24.5 inches top of thigh and 16.5 inches above knee. Mostly for my records so dont mind me lol. Happy glow time everyone!
So after 7 days I lost a half inch from both areas.

Been reading all the comments and apparently this works so now i’m motivated to do it, really insecure about my thighs and no matter what i do the fat just won’t go so i’m going to do this 2 times a day with full body hit so yess!
(here are my results, bare in mind i have been doing hiit classes on top of this)
start: thighs: 20.5 inches grrr
day 1: 5K walk, and did the exercises 2 times, don’t see a difference so far :)
day 2: 5k walk and did the exercises twice i see a very small difference, legs were aching a lot after yesterday :)

I have reduced my rice intake since yesterday and I've been drinking 3 litres of water. I also drink warm water with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar when I wake up and I didn't eat anything after 7 pm yesterday.

This workout really slim your legs not just legs but it also helps lessen the thigh fat. Its easy to follow and very effective workout. When i tried tried this one after 7 day workout i lost 1.3 inches on my thigh and my legs becomes slimmer too. I am very happy with the results. I do not do diet actually i eat a lot of rice 😁 but the results is still effective. Thank you so much Lucy

Day 1: Super fun workout! Obviously no changes, I got the biggest burn from the front-side kicks.
here’s my progress with this (plus other workouts)
Sunday: ✅ I got a lil tired but that’s normal for starting a new workout
Monday: ✅ I felt a lil soreness in my upper thigh, which is good ! I was a lil tired again but less than yesterday. So far I see that my thighs look a lil tighter and less jiggly than usual (I know that sounds weird but it’s what I see😭)
Tuesday: ✅ I felt a lil less tired today, I don’t really see a change in my thighs but I definitely got more flexible. I noticed that I was kicking higher in the high leg kicks and stayed that height the entire minute. Cool!
Wednesday: ✅ I still don’t see a really significant difference other than they look smaller in my sweatpants. I’m still gonna keep going for afew weeks and see how smaller my thighs get.
Thursday: ✅ I wasn’t that tired, I kinda just did the workout then went back to relaxing
Friday: ✅ I noticed that my legs are a tiny bit smaller near my hip area, it’s getting a tiny more toned and shaped like my hip so it’s less like that dipped shape yk?
Saturday: ✅ I finished this workout with a 15 minute jump roping session. After this 7 day workout I noticed that..
• my thighs are a little more toned with my hips
• I can actually feel my legs together more than I used to
• my butt seem more lifted and a tiny bit bigger
• if I looked really closely, I could see teeny tiny thigh gap
• I was more flexible !
• I got less tired going up and down the stairs, and less tired running around
overall this workout did a lot for 7 minutes every day! I’ll keep doing this along with other workouts and update in afew weeks❤️
